I probably don’t have enough space here to write all the good things. I have been seeing Shelia for my brows for 15+ years/ she is a game changer, amazing human and so knowledgeable about all things beauty. The space is beautiful and comforting but also provides new and clean makeup brands- one would not be able to find elsewhere. There is a hands on approach- to help and NOT to just sell products. Face is providing a knowledge base curated service.The facials are amazing - a good mix of efficacy and luxury- but comfortable and NOT stuffy.2 thumbs WAY up, 5 stars and BEYOND. You’re missing out on a gem if you don’t try FACE.- Ann

My absolute favorite place in Nashville for all things face and skin! I've tried many different places in surrounding area and beyond, and FACE exceeds them all. Shelia's makeup expertise and quality of products are top shelf. I am now regularly getting facials and derma planing from Kayleigh, and will never go anywhere else. She personalizes each one to my skins needs and is the only who has improved my skin with every visit. Love FACE and their personalized attention to each client!

Face is a fantastic place to go to for all your facial needs. They offer so many services and Nay is wonderful with facials and lashes. The owner, Sheila, has done my brows for years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. It’s a one stop shop for skincare and makeup. I love that all the lines are natural and clean. I highly recommend Face! The people are great and so helpful. Appointments are also so easy to book on their website.

I had the best experience at FACE with their esthe Nay. She gave THE best facial and I also added to be dermaplaned. She was very kind and super friendly. I really appreciated the time she took explaining to me what she was doing and how it would benefit my skin. She listened to my concerns and helped get me on a great regimen. Getting older isn't fun, but she made me feel hopeful on restoring my glow back. Can't wait for our next appointment. They need to hire five more like her!!

I love coming here!! Nay and Kayleigh are AMAZING estheticians! They’ve taken care of me and my family’s skin concerns. This is the place to get your chemical peels and microneedling, stop looking elsewhere. This is it!! It’s the perfect time to relax and come out with glowy skin. I love the skincare products they use because there are no harmful chemicals and they are medical grade. It’s a win win win. I get my makeup from them, especially my brow products!!

FACE IS AWESOME! Growing up in the cold winters of Chicago my FACE was looking like a two year expired apricot, thats been sitting on your window sill baking in the sun. I was in desperate need of a facial. I called FACE and set up a "Signature" facial with there licensed aesthetician, Emilie. I did not believe in sorcery until I met Emilie. Her fingers are like magic to the skin. I did not not recognize myself after the service. I felt so handsome and confident. I rushed home just to look at myself in the mirror. I couldn't wait to tell my wife when she got home from work! I hear the door crack, "Em!, is that you?" "Yeah" thanks for the facial today bby.

I had a classic facial with Kaylie and I would not recommend. It was my first time here. I felt like I paid $150 for someone to put a clay mask, moisturizer and massage my neck for 5 minutes, all of which I could do by myself for free at home. The worse part is I broke out after the facial. I wanted some extractions which is included in the facial but she told me that I did not have any clogged pores to be extracted. I definitely do. I went home and found some small blackheads that could have been extracted in my small “non-professional” mirror. My skin is not any different than before I went in for the facial. Actually, it’s worse. I woke up the next day and broke out in tiny little bumps on my forehead and cheeks. Sure this was definitely a waste of money and I regret it but the worse part is that I broke out and now have to make a dermatology appointment to fix whatever they did. I’m so upset at myself. Should have done more research before going to a random new place.
