Geico sent me here. I should have picked my own place. The estimated time to complete the repair was four to six weeks (supply issues doncha know). I didn't hear anything for almost a month. I had to call numerous times, email, and text to get a date for pickup. On that date I only had to call and text to get someone who said there was a backorder issue (supply issues doncha know) and technically my car wouldn't be ready for another month! But lucky for me they were going to just put an old (wrecked) part back on and then they needed to put everything back together. Give them four more days.Four days later I call four times and leave messages as well as text before being told "We need to finish the reassembly process. Give us a couple more days." The extra four days was for "completing the reassembly process!!!What they don't seem to realize is that the ink scratches on their paperwork are people. And this person is trying to schedule a ride, schedule job interviews, schedule doctor's appointments, etc.!!Mind you, I haven't even gotten my car back so I don't even know if they've "performed the reassembly process" correctly. At this point, I'm not confident.Service: Steering & suspension repair

How can I describe how horrendous this business has become. My review is the culmination of a long-term relationship. For background, my insurance company authorized repairs there. I thought my car had been repaired. During a rainy period, I found mold growing inside my car. It was gross, sickening and dangerous. I took my car back to Service King, the predecessor of Crash Champions, and was told that one of their employees did not replace a rear light assembly properly resulting in a hole that allowed rainwater to collect in the trunk wheel well to depths of over 4 inches. This shop agreed to correctly install the rear light assembly and offered to environmentally detail my car.I was again involved in an accident several months later and set up an appointment in February 2023 for the repairs and detailing. I needed to move my appointment date to two days later but was told they could not get to my car until the end of March 2023. I confirmed that this would include my car being environmentally detailed. On the day of the appointment, I arrived and the receptionist phoned Enterprise for my rental. The rental agent arrived and I loaded my belongings into the vehicle. The rental agent went back into the shop then came out and told me that Crash Champions could not “get” to my car. I had to unload the rental car while the Enterprise employee watched and get back into my wrecked vehicle. I tried to speak to the manager but it seems one does not exist.I have never been treated with such disrespect but the mistreatment continued. I determined that I would not have the work performed there for a multitude of reasons including the prior poor repair resulting in the mold/mildew issue, total disrespect, failure to provide the offered detailing, lack of regard for my time and the wait I had to endure for the repair.I chose another body shop and arrived there the following week for a scheduled appointment. The employee I spoke with phoned Enterprise to have my rental brought to me. She advised that Enterprise told her there was a problem. I immediately phoned Enterprise and was told I was on a “do not rent” list and was referred to a risk management person. This person was out of the office on vacation and no one else could seem to help me.I contacted the insurance company and they provided a rental to me from another agency. This has been such a crazy ordeal. I do not know the policies or reason behind the actions of Enterprise but am only left to believe this situation came about due to the removal of the mold/mildew from my car being the responsibility and cost to Service King/Crash Champions even after being advised they would take care of it. Again, I never asked them to have that done. It was their idea.I still have not received any notification that they will take care of the mold/mildew issue nor have I heard a word from them since this ordeal. Obviously, I would never go back there plus it is located in a dangerous part of Nashville where I do not feel safe.If you take your car there, please be very careful, mindful and watchful. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

I brought my Porsche Cayenne here after a very low speed parking lot accident. The pictures show the original damage, their “finished” paintwork with dozens of sanding marks (video), and the “finished” headlight with a half inch gap at the seal and aimed incorrectly. They repainted the hood but damaged other panels. I have more pictures of their defective work but it’s hard to photograph paint and you get the point. I’m told they won’t honor their warranty now because they’re being acquired.

I could not more strongly recommend doing business with ECR. I recently built a house and have had to sue my builder - Alan Looney and Castle Homes. Doing business with Alan Looney and Castle Homes has been the absolute worst experience anyone could possibly imagine. MY POINT: working with ECR was exactly opposite of that experience. It was truly "refreshing" to work with people (Heather and Kelly) who are HONEST, ETHICAL, COMPETENT, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Although I have "yet" to do business with ERC, Heather went out of her way to give me a very aggressive estimate on my Range Rover. One that came in well below my expectations. Kelly is the smartest person that I have ever met as it relates to auto repair and bodywork. After evaluating my vehicle, he gave me several different recommendations and options. All of which were focused on what would be the best and most cost effect way for me. He even encouraged me to get additional bids outside of ERC so that I would feel comfortable with what is best. He took time to tour me around the ERC facility which was the cleanest most well organized auto repair shop I have ever seen. FYI, unlike "things" that I have recently experienced, their work is of the highest quality. You can tell they actually care. Again, it was "refreshing" to interact with people (Heather and Kelly) who want to go above-and-beyond for their customer instead of merely doing and/or always trying to do the very least that is required. People (Heather and Kelly) who have your best interest at heart instead of conducting themselves fraudulently just so they can make more money. Before leaving ECR, Kelly helped me with contacts that could help me with several items outside of ECR's scope of work. I have since made contact with those referrals and could not be more pleased. Because of Heather and Kelly - I could not more strongly recommend ECR!

Had a terrific experience with ECR last week. They were able to get me in, and look at my issue within a few hours of calling - same day. Identified the problem quickly. The replacement part was available so they drove 30 minutes round-trip to pick it up so the repair could be made while I waited. Terrific people and service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Nathan and Chris saved the day. I was in an accident and my driver door wouldn’t open. No auto shop had availability until mid August or September. Nathan and Chris worked with me and got my door open. They were the nicest people to work with. I recommend their services.

Bryan, Nathan, Chris, and Sean were a pleasure to work with. I brought my Audi in on an insurance claim after someone vandalized my door and the team at ECR took a frustrating situation and turned it into a truly positive one. From managing timelines and expectations with me, communicating with the insurance company daily, and above all, repairing my door to utter perfection, European Collision Repair treated me and my beloved wagon like we were the only case in their shop—which was obviously far from the reality. They gladly accepted my 2005 Allroad, while every other shop I spoke to in Nashville wouldn’t, given it being a European car older than a 2010. They even found parts that would otherwise be deemed unavailable and out of production in order to fully complete the repair. Nathan went as far as repairing a broken cargo cover on my behalf—something completely unrelated to the damages my car was taken in for that really brought a smile to my face. Bryan even called to check in and thank me for my patience throughout the process.Anyone even remotely enthusiastic about their car or cars in general knows how unsettling it can be handing off your baby to a shop that wants to move you through as quickly as possible. Well, this isn’t that shop. ECR prioritizes quality of service and body work over all else, and because of that, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.Services: Painting

Great job fixing my car. The only downside is that it took forever. But the end result was very good.

TL;DR: If you have a mercedes and statefarm insurance, DO NOT COME HERE! They lack communication, efficiency, and quality work. I was recommended to come here by Mercedes of Music City and it has been a bumpy road throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed and even 1.5 weeks afterwards. I have been dealing with ECR for the past 5 weeks and it has been a STRUGGLE. They had my vehicle for a good 3 weeks and I had to pay out of pocket for a rental since I didn't have rental coverage. That time could've been cut down SIGNIFICANTLY if all the parts were ordered at the same time. They didn't order parts until 1 week after having my car. Then they had to order additional parts that they realized they needed 2 weeks into it. They didn't get started working on my car till the 3rd week since they wanted to wait till all the parts arrived which makes sense, but with the current economy of the shortages of parts due to supply chain holdups, they should've known that it would take a while to get some parts. Secondly, COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN DIFFICULT. This seems to be a general problem I was reading on their google reviews with every representative. They promise to call you back and to update you on what's going on with your vehicle/case, but they never do. I only ever got a call back when my vehicle was ready for pickup after 3 weeks. I knew that communication was going to be lacking so I had to take it upon myself to call in to check with them how things were going on their end and if they had updates on time frame, parts and insurance issues. There was a representative, Leigh, who doesn't have the friendliest tone. That should've been a red flag to me from the beginning. She has always been very short with me and doesn't display good customer service AT ALL. I even saw this first hand when she was short with another customer who walked in while I was waiting for my vehicle in the lobby area. Thirdly, their work ISN'T trustworthy. I came in initially because my coolant was leaking after an accident. When I picked up my vehicle after they were done with the repairs and started driving home, my CHECK COOLANT INDICATOR CAME ON! I had to stop at an O'Reilly auto parts and PURCHASE MORE COOLANT which mind you, I already paid $100 for. I also couldn't call ECR because it was after hours and they aren't open on the weekends. After a week of driving the vehicle, I also noticed that my A/C wasn't as cold as it used to be and setting the thermostat to 70 degrees was the exact same as 60 degrees. My A/C was also making this weird hissing sound from the vents when it was on a low setting. I brought it back to ECR and they said they recharged it and checked for any leaks but it was still making that hissing sound. I tried explaining what was going on but the representative, Ricky, didn't know much about it so tried to get a technician to come take a look at it but a technician never came out. He ended up going back and forth to them twice and they still never came out and he tried explaining that it was making that sound because the weather was cold but I explained that I had this issue even when the weather was warm the week prior. He was unable to give me a solid explanation and recommended that I bring the car back when it is warmer outside. I ended up taking my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Music City right after leaving there and they told me that my freon was actually LOW and that was why it was making that hissing sound due to the compression nature of my A/C unit and explained everything in detail. They helped me recharge the freon and made sure everything was correct which gave me peace of mind. Overall, I would not recommend ECR to anyone and I will never be coming back here if god forbid I get into another accident in the future.

Nate the Great, Stephanie and Jeramiah are an incredible team that will go above and beyond with their service and communication to make sure the job is done right. We brought our Mercedes E300 in after a collision since they are a Mercedes certified shop. After 12 weeks of dealing with our insurance companies unwillingness to cooperate with us and the shop, the whole team still brought excellent communication to the table and went to bat for us against the insurance company to make sure they paid out what they were supposed to.Not only did they finish up that car, but Nate also advised us on an issue with our CR-V that the dealership had quoted $4K for, and found a simple solution for a great price. I can't recommend this shop enough.

Top-notch professionals who did the hard work to find underlying problems resulting from damage and worked with my insurance company on my behalf. Unlike almost every other business in America-- when you call the office, the FIRST man or woman you with always knows all about your situation and gives you an update. They are knowledgeable and articulate service-oriented experts, and they get the work done. Thanks Stephanie and ECR!
