It was ok. The driver that picked me up was great. The car I rented was awful. It smelled bad and it was dirty inside and out.

So if you want to rent from enterprise this is the best location(Clarksville hwy) to get it from in Nashville, sorry I would rate Madison the worst. Helena the branch manager was the only one working the day I got the car and I swear she was giving full staff energy and when I returned the same great personality closed me out. Thank you again, I will be back.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Enterprise Car Rental, particularly with the new regional manager, Jacob, who replaced Elaine last week. The events that unfolded left me feeling deeply frustrated and disheartened. I believe it is crucial to share my experience so that others are aware of the poor treatment I received. In March of this year, I was involved in a car accident, which resulted in my insurance placing me in a rental vehicle. Initially, the insurance covered the cost of the rental, but after about a week, they stopped paying, leaving me to pay out of pocket for the past two months. The total amount I paid during this period exceeded $1800, which I paid in full.To make matters worse, in late May, I lost my wallet, which caused significant emotional distress. I had to go through the hassle of ordering replacement cards and establishing new accounts. On May 26th, the rental was due to be returned, but I had extended the rental multiple times throughout the period, so extending it further was not uncommon for me. At the time, the outstanding balance was only around $22.On May 31st, Elaine, the previous manager, contacted me regarding the rental. I explained the situation to her in detail, including the loss of my wallet and the delay in receiving my replacement cards. I informed her that I expected the new cards to arrive on June 1st and planned to visit the branch to update my payment details accordingly. Elaine understood my predicament, and we agreed that I would come in on Friday to settle the balance, which had increased to approximately $124.However, my entire experience took a turn for the worse when Jacob, the new manager, contacted me on both Friday and Monday, June 5th. He also spoke to my emergency contact on Monday, and I returned his call on Tuesday, assuring him that I would visit the branch that evening to update my payment details and settle the remaining balance. Unfortunately, when I arrived, Jacob intentionally misled me into believing that I would simply be paying the outstanding balance and extending the rental. Shockingly, upon arrival, he confiscated the car keys and informed me that the vehicle had been reported stolen, resulting in my addition to the "do not rent" list.Naturally, I was taken aback by this abrupt change in treatment. I had arrived at the branch with the car loaded with my personal belongings, completely unaware that I would be forcibly removed from the rental. I explained the prior arrangement I had with Elaine, only to be met with Jacob's dismissive response, "that's why Elaine is not here anymore," insinuating that she had not followed the rules. To add insult to injury, I was offered trash bags to pack my belongings and had to arrange an Uber in order to get home. I found this treatment deeply disturbing and disrespectful, especially considering that I had already paid well over $1800 for the rental.Furthermore, I was not given an opportunity to settle the remaining balance, and now I am forced to endure a lengthy process to do so, along with the removal of my name from the "do not rent" list. Shockingly, Jacob claimed he could not assist me with this matter. Rental cars are intended to alleviate stress for individuals who have experienced accidents, but in this case, it has been nothing but a financial and emotional burden.Enterprise, I implore you to equip your employees, especially branch managers like Jacob, with the necessary people skills and compassion to interact with paying customers. It is unjustifiable to treat customers as criminals based on their last name or any other preconceived notions. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I am hesitant to consider renting with Enterprise or its affiliates in the future.

The lady that said she was an assistant manager was kinda rude. She must be new. I don't believe she belongs in management.

I am traveling for work, and my car was booked for a pickup at 5pm. I pulled up at 4:58 assuming that I would not be able to pick up the car early. In the building, the lights were off, and the two women inside (the door was not locked yet) essentially told me there was nothing they could do for me. Why allow a 5PM pickup if you can't pick up at 5PM? I was obviously flustered but there was no apology from the workers on the situation other than that my company booked this without a contact phone number so they had no one to call to let them know pick up needed to be before 5. Luckily, I was able to go to another location and they took much better care of me. If you're planning on renting from enterprise, look for another location! The people at the Charlotte Pike location in particular are amazing!

The team at Enterprise went above and beyond in helping me make sure I had a car while mine was in the shop. They were kind, responsive, and flexible with my needs. I so appreciate their help, I’ll definitely be recommending this Enterprise location to my friends and will be using them in the future myself!
