We came in to buy jewelry but saw a cute top and first inquired about that; I can confirm the other reviewers mentioning the sales associate (who I believe is the owner) making inappropriate comments about weight or discriminating based on someone’s weight, as true. She was very rude to my Mom yesterday when we were shopping and made it unnecessarily clear they don’t offer her “size” in the store.
We are visiting from Miami and this is a basic store. I don’t know if the owner was previously a buyer for Nordstrom but it’s that level of basic curation. So the pretentious behavior on the part of the staff, borders on delusion. We had high hopes coming here but it was a letdown in terms of merchandise and customer service.

This is hands down my favorite clothing boutique in Nashy❣️ Plus, the team of girls that work here are fun, helpful and creative little fashionistas! My go to nearly every week. I must add that they give my hubs a comfy chair and beer ? while I shop. Overall win!

My absolute favorite boutique in Nashville. Great selection of current, modern clothing, shoes and jewelry. I do feel like the overall price point has increased over the past 5 years or so, but the choices are top notch.

This is a nice clean well it store with beautiful clothing options. You are able to park in the shared parking lot or street parking. They are in a shared shopping strip. They have a variety of shoes shirts skirts dresses and jewelry. The prices are around 100-400ish or more. They do have sales. They lost a star as they cater to women who are a size medium or smaller. This is a huge loss of clientele as the average woman is a size 14/16. They communicated they have larges but every item I looked at was a medium or smaller. It would seem if they are going through larges that quick they should change quantity of ordering to meet the need. I saw some shoes I liked but they did not have my size in those either. My sister was able to get a cute blouse. Everyone was very friendly. They have candy at the register which my nieces loved. Following my visit I was able to see the store in a magazine my mother had from last year which was a surprise. Included it in my photos. Hope that they can expand their options to accommodate the average women. Happy shopping.

Additionally, it's 2021...time to drop the mean girls act. There's enough negativity in this world without having to subject oneself to this kind of nonsense...needless to say, my recommendation would be to order directly from the brand and skip out on this "boutique."

Was in town visiting friend and we went shopping. Store looked cute but.. hardly any larger sizes and very expensive. Customer service was just ok. After one approach we were ignored. The owner, Kimberly, was dismissive and rude when we asked for help. Guess we weren't thin or fashionable enough for them. Wont be back.

I absolutely love this boutique! My husband and I stopped in for some Mother's Day shopping a couple of weeks ago. I have only been there twice, but it will be a regular spot for me in the future. Every time I have been in the ladies have been extremely helpful and give some great recommendations, things I would not have picked, but looked perfect on me. The customer service is top notch. The owner does an amazing job finding and carrying some great quality brands. Cannot recommend Emerson Grace enough! Stop in and see for yourself.
