got a $200 gift certificate for Christmas. i still had to pay addition $2.11, really?! for that price was expecting everything, including outside wax, carpet shampoo. wrong. just the basics really. it was ok job, had to point out a couple missed spots. but 2 big complaints found later that night. 1st was a broken piece found under the seat. i texted the number about it and a guy did promptly call me back and assured me they would be out the next day. never heard from them again. 2nd and most importantly, was a cheap plastic worthless bead bracelet my granddaughter made for me. it was around the knob for the air. whether someone just took it or it was thrown away, don't know. but it was gone. do not recommend and will not use againServices: Auto interior vacuuming

This is the 4th or 5th time that I have used this amazing company. It had been a while and I know they have had thousands of customers since me but they still remembered me. I had them fully detail the interior of my daughter's 2014 Corolla which was a disaster area to say the least. They spent 2 hours in the hot sun working on her car and after meeting with me left for the day. I let the car dry and noticed that there were a few things not taken care of. I contacted them and we set an appointment to take care of it. They were true to their word and came over the following week and made it right. Great attitudes hard workers extremely polite and very kind. These guys are true professionals and if I could give them 6 stars I would! I recommend them to any and everyone who would like for their vehicles to look and feel as good as when you first bought it! I will always use this company and will continue to sing their praises and recommend then to all. Thank you Elite Mobile Detail for your fantastic 6 star service! Keep up the excellent and exemplary work! They are truly the Standard of middle Tennessee when it comes to Hard work professionalism and consistency with their business!

I can honestly say that I have never been satisfied with any level of detailing in the past. The service was amazing, the guys were respectful and kind. They showed up on time and took pride in their work. My car looks better than it did the day I bought it. It smells amazing also. Super impressed and will be using them again. I love that I was able to call and get someone here immediately and just step out my back door into a clean car without having to go in town and sit for hours.

I had booked an appointment and no one ever showed up. I called the customer service line that day and left a message. No one called back. I followed up via email later that day. It took 5 days to receive a reply via email, claiming their "systems were down last week and this week due to an unscheduled outage and a few appointments did not transfer to our new system." However, the payment was processed. Because of the lack of reply on the customer service end, I was skeptical of their services and asked for a refund instead of a reschedule. They claimed they issued a refund but there has been no receipt of a refund and after 7 business days, still no sign of a refund to my account.

Horrible. I called them and ask to text before they arrived. They came look at the cars and left. Never picked up the phone to even say "I can't do it today or anything" Rude and unethical.

This company tinted my last vehicle and did a great job. However, this time around, I am very disappointed. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to get an appointment scheduled for over a week. I have called and left voicemail's, sent emails and finally spoke to someone who couldn't help me (but was going to have someone call me back).... This was 3 days ago and nothing. It's unfortunate but I will need to take my business to someone that can get back to a customer in a timely manner.

Seriously awesome! Two guys came to my house with all their own supplies, and my car looks brand new! I even had a huge dent in my rear bumper where someone had hit my car in a parking lot and they got it out for free! Will definitely use their services again. Great work!

I ordered a detail from these guys and they did an awesome job. They brought their own water and supplies. Their were two guys that worked on my vehicle and I am very pleased. They showed up on time and went right to work. I scheduled in a 11-1pm window they arrived around 12noon and were done by 1:15p. I ordered the #6. You should try them out if you are looking for a mobile service with professional people. Hats off to Elite!
