Great location and management are very friendly and helpful. However, they charge the residents for building maintenance / repairs that use water. This summer they had to refill the pool and power wash the exterior of the building, and the cost for this water was spread across all residents' water bills. My water bill nearly doubled for 3 months in a row. This was of course in the fine print of the lease, so just be aware of what you're agreeing to! I think it's a terrible policy, management should cover costs of all community maintenance.
Edit: I reached out to them and was told nothing could be done, I signed the lease and therefore agreed to this policy. They assured me it would go back down to normal when maintenance was finished, which doesn't at all make me feel better about paying double water bills all summer.

Eleven North is one of the nicest apartments I’ve lived in! The building itself is very clean and they provide residents with awesome amenities, like a Peloton room that my boyfriend and I have been loving. I’m so happy we chose this complex out of all of our options downtown!

Our move in process has been so easy and accommodating. Jordan has helped us through giving us multiple tours and giving us the best advice on which apartment would be best for us. Overall extremely excited to move in.

Great location, close to good shopping, restaurants, groceries, and local universities. The staff has been so friendly and helpful, especially Jordan who worked with us from beginning to end!

It might not be as luxurious as some of the newer buildings going up but it is a nice, clean building with decent amenities at a reasonable price. Not enough buildings like this.

I’ve been looking for an apartment for one of my relatives. I came across Eleven In The Gulch. I surveyed the building and was appalled that one of the residents has curtains or torn tattered sheets (it’s hard to tell) hanging around their balcony. Looks terrible from the street. Needless to say I’ve reconsidered and will not be seeking an apartment complex where the tenants do not have a class of rules to follow.

The team at 11north is really great. They helped with my over 15+ work orders. They also re did entire interior of building and put on a really nice pool party. I have enjoyed the location of 11 north immensely and the team at the front office.

I love the Location and the Amenities such as the Sky Lounge, Cyber Cafe, and the Lounge area in building 300. Gym could definitely be updated but I have a gym Membership and don’t really use it often.Great Welcoming Staff and felt at Home the First Day I stopped for a tour.
