“Everything you can’t get at Home Depot you get here. First of all you can get directed to what you’re looking for. Better yet you don’t have to search or wait for someone to help you, and they all are extremely knowledgeable. If you tell them your problem, they will direct you to the proper tools and even assemble them sometimes for you if assembly is required. It’s a friendly local store. It may be 1/10 the size of Home Depot, so there is a trade-off in terms of selection. And they don’t have all of the categories that Home Depot has. But they do get you to the right tools for your project. For handiwork they generally have what I need.”

“I bought a Marshall JCM2000 DSL100 from a pawn shop that needed work. I brought it to British Audio. They diagnosed it, installed a matched set of tubes, set the bias, cleaned the scratchy pots and cleaned the contacts. They brought my Marshall back to life and made it a fire breather like it’s supposed to be. I really appreciate their work and will bring my tube amps to their shop for future repairs.”

They were so kind and fixed her phone in 10 minutes. Can you imagine the 10 hour drive home with a teenager with no working phone? “Slava was great. Rather than just pressuring me to buy a new dishwasher he took the time to inform me of all of my options and then try to actually fix it. Turns outs the motor was just jammed and was easy to fix. Way cheaper than a new dishwasher. I really appreciate his courtesy and integrity. I have rental homes and I use Sears home services a lot to keep appliances going rather than blindly replacing them. I would recommend them to anyone.”

Each of the techs was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Yes, it’s expensive but everyone is these days! They will be my “go-to” from now on.”
