I wanted a green JBL speaker for xmas and JBL and amazon had a long wait so I googled and saw this company had it for the same price and free shipping. i'm leery of places i've never used/heard of but turned out great! speaker arrived in just a few days. would use again

Was issued a quote by Joe for Lg g3 oled 77 inch tv w matching sound bar- came in to purchase items to be told by mod (the manager) that he can not honor quote even though it had not expired and that joe made a $250 mistake.. “talked to Joe and this would have to come out of his pocket and he doesn’t want to do that so I can’t honor quote” - this is extremely unprofessional and my experience with Mod and Joe made me not want to ever do business with this store ever again.. to blow a $5k deal over $250 is absolutely absurd. To talk to me about your employee’s finances is even more absurd … I took my business elsewhere to make this purchase along with a smart washer/dryer set and another 65 inch tv (same model). I write this post to flag my experience to upper management so they are aware of this lack of professionalism by your staff has cost the store over $10-20,000 . I just purchased a new home and My intention was to take care of all of my appliance /electronic needs from electronics express. I still need fridge, dishwasher etc but I know I won’t be making my purchase with this team- @corporate please contact me to rectify this situation

I came to this place by chance searching for an item. The item I was searching for was not there but I was greeted with a smile and information. I was informed of a place close by I could find what I was looking for. I made a comment about how nice the store looks and I ended up getting a small run down of what they offer. After a minutes of exploring and being educated on tvs, I decided to purchase a Sony OLED master 9 series. Best tv outside of the oled 8ks. Looks great in the store even but better at home. I also purchased a Bose sound system to go with the oled. Now I have my very own movie theater now. Let me point this out…I didn’t think I could afford anything like this as I’m just a regular person barely making it, but they have 0 percent financing for 36 months and I pay less than I do for my cell phone monthly bill! I didn’t even have to pay anything that day!! This is my new spot! Great staff, wonderful selections, and good music!

They have name-brand stuff here! I was super shocked and so many of the prices are better than Walmart. I saw a commercial for this place and I heard they started here in TN. The shop keepers were super kind and helpful. I came in for a Roku stick and got it for less than Walmart. Also the TVs in the photo I attached are about 65in and they’re about $499 and $599 which made me rethink going to Best Buy.Corporate, very much recommend helping with the outside decor as it doesn’t look quality and makes people think the contents on the inside aren’t either which isn’t true. This area gets a ton of foot traffic so it should be super busy, but the outside is very misleading. Overall though, there’s great stuff in here and kind staff

Most pleased with my recent TV purchase at Electronic Express 100 Oaks. Sales Associate Joe Bailey was very knowledgeable and helpful as I navigated specsoptions best suited for my viewing habits and expectations. His expertise far surpassed what I've experienced at Best Buy. Parking is tight but well worth it to get immediate hands-on but no pressure service. Moreover pricing matched that of their competitors. A no-brainer across the board.

I needed a new television. I was uncertain of what I was going to purchase or where I was going to purchase. My first stop at Electronics Express was a great decision. Not only did I find an awesome deal, I also met an amazing sales associate named Joe. His knowledge of the different types of products played a big role in my decision to purchase an LG smart TV. I want to thank him for his kindness help with finding a perfect television.

Tried to hand them a $1000 sale for two Audiolab 6000CDT Transports they have listed on ebay for $499 each and on their website for $599 each. I don't want to use ebay and they could have saved ebay fees. Won't do it! Business must be great to turn down a hand me sale.

Electronic Express has quite literally THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We bought a washer and dryer from them in the summer of 2022, and the delivery team completely banged up our brand new drywall and a door causing hundreds of dollars of damage. Then they left without owning up to anything. We filed a damage claim immediately. It's now almost a year later, and we still have not been reimbursed for the damage caused by the home delivery team. Every time I call customer service, they pass me from one person to the next.

If you value competence, your time, and money, I recommend NOT purchasing with Electronic Express. Their delivery service is impossible (expect you to wait around all day for what’s convenient FOR THEM) Their customer service reps are unable to note simple requests for the installation (the dryer cord was not long enough and needed extension) After rearranging my schedule on 3 separate occasions and waiting for 2 months with the same issue, I finally told them to keep the appliances and kick rocks. Seriously unprofessional and incompetent. Bummer for the sales guy Joe who wasn’t half bad.

Janaya was friendly, knowledgeable about the products & delivery. She was patient and extremely helpful and not at all pushy. The perfect salesperson in my opinion. The prices for products were reasonable and I'm very happy with my purchases.

The manager in charge of the store Poor management skills and he literally discriminate me just because I'm Hispanic it was very upsetting since his African American and know what are communities go through very bad service since I have gave them my business for years to be treat like I didn't deserve to be there?

Bought a washer and dryer from this store, we were told it would be delivered Thursday, that morning they tell us that there was an error and it actually won't be until Saturday. Then it's Saturday between noon and six. Then they show up at the end of the day, mentioning how they can't wait to go home and we are the last delivery. They are rough with the new white appliances, scraping the base against our water heater. We have an exposed drain pipe from a previous build, that is filled in and just ends at the floor. We have one right beside it that is actually functional. They are steel and PVC respectively, and different shapes. The installer asked for confirmation on which pipe to use, I pointed to it and said this one. They finish setup, start the wash, and leave. The hose is then flooding directly onto our den floor about an inch deep all the way to the back door. We stop it and clean up, and immediately told the store this and someone from the store comes out once they close up. He fixes that hose thing (wasn't sure what was causing it before that, hard to see back there) . A few days later, we go to use the steam dryer function, which is *why* we upgraded to this model. The steam function is unavailable, because the water was not connected to the dryer. Because we didn't get the hose attachment that comes with it even though we paid for the delivery and installation kit and hose kit and the one who rang us up is the one who sold us on the steam function. I was then told it would be $24 to have that part. Are you kidding me? Your careless guys flood the den and you can't comp a $24 part? So then we call delivery customer service as well as the store, i am followed up with once each, I explain this whole thing to both parties. Both of them said they would be reaching out to follow up on a remedy. We told them we wanted the delivery fee waived and that steam part delivered and installed for free. Haven't heard back in weeks. Two stars because Taylor was a nice guy and so is the manager who came out. But when you deliver something late, and then install it wrong, (on two levels), I hope to not be forgotten about as well. Still can't use the steam. Glad we upgraded!

You may not get the right info about the product.Bout Samsung Smart TV. the technician came home, failed to connect with the internet and he used wire connection.Currently, the TV doesn't work properly, can't download any App..... Google search & Internet act woered.

This place sucks! Bought a new Electrolux washer and dryer from here and within 35 days the washer started making noises like a dying bear. The washer repair person from Electrolux came out and said it was leaking from the inside and ruined maybe parts in the machine and was leaking all over my floor. The repair guy asked where I got it from and when I said Electronic Express, he told me never to buy something from here again because half of his repairs come from machines that were purchased in this store. By the looks of other reviews, that seems to be correct. Anyways, there was so much damage I've had to wait for over 2 weeks for the parts come in to get it repaired and still not sure when that is. It was either faulty installation or a s*** unite. You'd think they'd just replace the unite outright for how little time I've had it but they haven't after I've spent over 2 weeks in hell trying to get some movement on this with no success. Listen my warning and go to Lowes or Home Depot!

We purchased a refrigerator, when they delivered it there was some damage to it. We agreed to take it with the understanding that we would receive a credit for the damage. All we get is we will get back to you. Tired of calling them.
