My wife and I are from Natchitoches, LA. We were visiting Nashville to spend some time with my youngest daughter and grandson. My wife had recently manifested severe right shoulder pain and was unable to get much range of motion in the area and had difficulty sleeping. We decided to try Herbal Medicine as her physician could only speculate as to what it "could be" and the medication she was prescribed had no effect and could not give even symptom relief. This was back in November of 2022. He set up a consultation and exam for her the same day. His diagnosis was "spot on" and his physical examination identified the source very closely. He then provided some symptom relief and referred us to the proper sports therapy office for testing and evaluation. He got in his vehicle and directed us to the facility as we were not familiar with the area. He went above and beyond to help us get to recovery. My wife is now fully recovered and pain free. Thank you Dr. Hargis and East West Herbal Apothecary. Down to earth and friendly people.

I can't say enough good things. I have a new appreciation for alternative medicine. They took all the time I needed to explain what I could benefit from. I was very skeptical at first but am now a loyal customer. They have greatly improved my quality of life after two knee replacements. It's always a joy to see them and share how much better they've made my life. You should definitely give them a try.

I really like this place they have amazing service and very kind people and a variety of Herbs, CBD and they have some great THC. They can answer everything you need to know about herbs. they are very helpful.

Absolute garbage kratom. Ordered through Amazon. Threw up immediately after taking. Also terrible taste that refuses to go away. Turn back. Don’t do it. Negative stars if possible.

Although I live in North Alabama I’ve been shopping here forever. Definitely worth it. Dr Jeff is very knowledgeable & competent. Lu is also terrific & probably the biggest secret to the Shop’s success. Don’t get me wrong, I’m big on Western medicine too. I have a neurosurgeon at a Major University hospital in Nashville, who also performs Accupuncture. He & Dr Jeff openly respect each other’s abilities. Can’t go wrong here
