I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend doing business with these folks. I went in to have my watch bracelet resized and was greeted by the owner Gennette and Mr. Clark. They both were very pleasant people. Mr. Clark was quick to take my watch and remove a few links until it fit my wrist perfectly. They also did this for a very fair price. In fact I had called around to a few different jewelry stores in the area and EJ Sain had the fairest pricing from anyone I spoke to. I will be doing business with this company for many years to come. Thank you Gennette and Mr. Clark. It was great meeting you both.

I had the best experience at E.J. Sain Jewelers. I wanted a family owned business and not a chain. I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted but after lots of discussions I went in a different direction. They were so patient going through catalogs with me and explaining what would/wouldn't work with my existing stones I was trying to use. They kept me updated throughout the process and I'm thrilled with my finished product.

My husband and I had stopped in this afternoon to look at Men's wedding bands since he lost his. The lady took one look at us and asked us what we were looking for. She showed us one piece and let us know that's all she had. She was incredible rude and super unhelpful. She didn't even try. I should've gotten her name but was so turned off that we left after 5 minutes since she didn't want us there.

This jewelry store and its staff are very classy, caring and trustworthy. I have used them several times this year for different things. Every encounter has been excellent, beyond my expectations. The care they took in repairing my grandmothers pearl set, the exppertise and knowledge they had In preparing an appraisal I needed for insurance, the flexibility I found in pricng for an estate piece I purchased, and their help in preparing my own consignment piece I have listed there are all reasons for the five stars. They have the best selection of wedding and engagement rings - why would you by new when these are top quality, well priced and in excellent condition thanks to their designers.

E J Sain is top of the line. Been in business for generations, so when I brought in my grandmother's ring, they were able to help me trace the history of how it had been designed there. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Their designer Tim is one-of-a-kind and so talented! He custom designed my wedding band to fit my grandmother's uniquely shaped ring, and I couldn't be happier. I didn't really know what I wanted, only what I didn't want, but Tim listened carefully and put his expertise to work! The band fits the ring like they were made at the same time. I now can't imagine one without the other. Edited to add: Also, they repaired my ring like new when a stone fell out (No fault of theirs, ring's just old.) Did an amazing job!

These people are the best ! They are great people that will inform you and help you in a way where you feel comfortable and at ease in making major decisions! What an amazing place. E J Sain has lovely new and estate jewelry and is the only place in Nashville to find Hamilton watches. Their pearl selection is outstanding. They repaired my ring expertly and I have my eye on a new piece of jewelry!
