Another cute boutique that charges x6 times what they paid for merchandise. Be careful. They are selling (not real) leather cowgirl boots for $190 — from Amazon no less. Avoid.

I wish I didn't even have to give it the one star. I purchased a dress there yesterday that I had seen on a woman at a luncheon the day before. When I got home and went to try the dress on to show my husband, I noticed that it reeked of perfume and body odor. I immediately took it back to the store today to return and the two little snotty girls there smelled it and told me they couldn't smell anything that it was from people trying the dress on. It was not from trying on this dress, it had been worn over an extended period of time it was obvious!! They told me they would not accept the return. So if I want to keep the dress and wear it I now have to spend another $50 to get it dry cleaned. Didn't realize I was shopping in a secondhand store at what I paid for that dress. I have gone on my social media and I have an extensive and influential group of friends and I have told everyone to not shop there and the reason why !! Disgusting

Cutest boutique in Nashville!! Came in with my mom and aunt and absolutely loved it. The girls working were so helpful and sweet when picking out clothes. They even shipped a pair of shoes to CA for me and wrote a sweet note. Great customer service!

Walked in and was greeted in a very this is my "high school summer job" manner. As the 3 girls up at the register were clearly too preoccupied talking amongst themselves instead of assisting a customer. Walked around the store for about 5 minutes and was never asked if I needed help. One recommendation- if your store is selling $200-$400 summer dresses, hire better sales people.

What an awful experience. Visited this store today with my mom and sister, and as we entered, we were all given the “up-down”, and none of the employees greeted us. In our time in the store, the female employees stood at the front of the store with their arms crossed, offering zero help and staring customers down with dirty looks. Was interested in a couple of items, but will not be returning to this store nor providing my business after this encounter. (Location - 312 11th Ave S, Nashville, TN)

I’m all for supporting local businesses but this is one business I will not support. I purchased a dress from online and picked it up with no issue. But when I tried it on, I realized it just wasn’t right for me. I happen to live locally so I popped into the Gulch location to return it only to be told that it couldn’t be returned because it had been on sale when I bought it and sale items were final sale. But nowhere on my receipt did it mention that sale items were final sale nor did their website state that sale items were final sale (they have since added “Sale items are final sale” to their online purchases return policy). Another issue I have is nowhere was it mentioned that the purchase I was making was a final sale - not when I found the dress on their website, not when I added it to the cart and not when I was sent the receipt for the dress purchase. In order to find out that the sale item you are purchasing is a final sale, you have to navigate to their shipping and returns page only then to discover that sale items are final sale. Who actually does this before buying something online? Am I expected to check the shipping and returns policy on every website I shop at as opposed to the retailer being transparent about their policy and listing that an item is final sale on the item page? The last reason I will never shop here again is that I have called e.Allen THREE TIMES over a week and have left voicemails each time requesting a callback and have NEVER RECEIVED A CALLBACK. If this is the type of local business you wish to support, do you. But I won’t support a local business that doesn’t respect their customers. Nashville has plenty of beautiful, local retail shops from which to shop. Do yourself a favor and go there.

By far the best boutique in Nashville!! They have an amazing selection of high-end, amazing quality clothing for every style and occasion you can think of. The manager is extremely sweet and always has helped me with styling for special occasions!

I recently visited this store in the Gulch to get my wife something for Mother’s Day. The employees were extremely helpful in picking out appropriate items and sizes. It felt like I was on a personal shopping experience. Thank you all so much!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this boutique. There were 3-4 female employees working, all of whom looked my friends and I up and down, did not greet us, and stood and stared at everyone as they shopped around. I felt extremely uncomfortable and judged the entire time. Awful experience and terrible customer service.

Bought a pair of commando pants there for 180$ . They ripped in one night of wearing and they wouldn’t return , refund , store credit .. NOTHING. Very upset with this customer service . Commando themselves told me their retailers would issue a refund . Not happy

I feel so validated by these other reviews because the girls who worked in here were so mean, rude, and disinterested in my buying experience. My mom and I, a well dressed duo of 23 and 50, were shopping and having fun and looking to shop. I asked for a pair of boots and it took 10 minutes for them to even tell me they looked and didnt see any. We tried on multiple things and went in the larger try on space with the larger mirror--none of the girls acknowledged us or told us they liked what we were trying on. We ultimately loved a pair of Mother jeans ($230) and a MISA dress ($495!) and decided to take our business elsewhere to purchase those items because of how horrible the shopping experience was. I cant believe this store would keep these employees after multiple 1 star reviews saying the same thing. E. Allen, do better, be kind, and work on your business model. Do not give them your business, and i would give them zero stars if i could!
