Better get here 2 hours early, Nashville tends to have major accidents every morning. Can't blame this place for that. However, I can blame them for rescheduling a WEEK later on top of a $350 rescheduling fee. All for being less than 30 min late. Nice guys, bad company.

My brother's car broke down at the entrance of all places! We were concerned as it's a busy hub for semi's entering & leaving. After explaining to mgmt that we would have to tow & asked they give us a little time, there was not a problem. Very understanding & friendly response. Thanks

Easy to find and get to. I got right in about an hour before my appointment time. They do leave their trucks everywhere so it might take some time to back into a dock. Check in is through the gate and at the will call sign. They unloaded seventy something tires in about twenty minutes so that was good. The people I talked to were nice. I'm not sure if they have facilities or not which is why they only get four stars. Otherwise, it was a good experience there.

This has to be one of the sorriest, crooked, companies in the United States !! They continue to allow their stupid truck drivers to illegally use the residential neighborhood road ( eddy scant city rd. Arab, Alabama) that is clearly marked ( NO TRUCKS) even after this illegal action has been reported to them several times !! In fact their stupid truck drivers have doubled down by starting to run the 4 way stop signs, while speeding that is located on this road .
