The staff were great. It's great to see the higher managers out cleaning the dining tables and talking with the guests.

We booked a Drury room within the last 24 hours. We left in time to get there for the dinner at the hotel but an accident left us arriving 2.5 hours later. I called to cancel since we wouldn’t make it in time for dinner and we would just keep on driving instead. Couldn’t refund the room. Couldn’t apply credit to a drury in georgia we mentioned wanting to stop at instead. Couldn’t give a partial refund. When I asked if there was anything she could do to help us out, she just flatly stated “no I can’t.” If this booking had been there for a week, I’d understand. But given the fact that I made it within the last 24 hours. I’m baffled that they couldn’t help us. Note to self. Never book at drury ahead of time. Just drive in and hope for the best. Better than having to pay for a room you’re not going to stay in.

We booked a handicap room d/t husband's recent back surgery (came straight from the hospital). I was surprised that the room was a good walk from the entrance (middle of the hallway on the 2nd floor). The hotel supplied shower bench, which was super nice to have. The bathroom was big enough to use a walker in. Toilet was raised. There were grab bars in the shower.
The room was very clean. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were impressed with the Drury hotel. Free buffet dinner and 3 free drinks per guest, plus free buffet breakfast. That was the best. Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Clean. We chose this hotel for the pool and spa, which was really nice and clean. The only downfall was that there were no hotel staff enforcing pool rules, we were down there for 2 hours (and they were out of towels and no one checked on that).
I know that's not their job to stay in the pool area, but what was going on was over the top, and hotel staff was very close to the pool area as its indoor and close to the front desk. There were a ton of kids running around and jumping in and out of the pool non stop. And getting in and out of the jacuzzi. About 15 loud screaming kids and their parents who said nothing.
When they all but left, they left 2 kids alone in the pool where my friend and I ended up watching them for nearly an hour, telling them to stop running and spashing and jumping in/out. When we went to leave we went to the front desk to tell them there were kids alone and jumping and running around the pool, and we were worried about them since we were leaving, and they didn't seem that concerned at the front desk.
Enforcement of no jumping in and out of the pool and no kids in the jacuzzi would be great. As loud and chaotic as the pool was, no staff ever stopped by to check anything.
Rooms: Comfortable beds, clean, microwave and fridge

This was our first stay at a Drury and I hope all of them are just as good! We were very impressed with the cleanliness plus all the amenities were fantastic! To top it off, all the workers were extremely friendly. We will be staying w Drury again in future travels!

Amazing hospitality. Very clean rooms. Near airport and major expressway. Best part is not their nice breakfasts but evening buffet that changes daily. This is all included in room fee. The food was delicious! Popcorn is a fun addition. Family friendly, quaint inn. Nice alcove to conduct business. Staff is so passionate, friendly.and kind! The culture is apparent here.
Rooms: Clean and updated.
Food and drinks: Exceptionally delicious.

Checked in about 8:15 pm. No one was at the desk. I booked the room via Priceline and paid in full. They demanded my credit card for incidentials. I explained that I didn't have a credit card, but would give them $60 cash. They refused me a room that was already paid for. That is UNACCEPTABLE. Some folks do not like making their finances vulnerable, especially when the hotel can't guarantee identity theft. It is the customer's choice to share their financial information. By the way their employee, Tiffany, was not only rude but needs training on what customer service is. I DID NOT feel welcome. Also, there is far too much chlorine in the pool. You can smell it upon entrance, which if you're an asthmatic and chemicals are a trigger (like me) it's quite unpleasant. The parking on a Sunday is no joke and packed. I found a place in the Wendy's parking lot next door because their lot was full. No longer will I stay at a Drury Inn. And the Google maps directions has you take exit 216A, instead of 216B. I did not like the detour through arrivals at the airport after a 12 hrs drive. Nope, please choose another place.

Can't recommend Drury hotels enough. Always clean. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. The evening kickback is an incredible perk. The value is always there.
Rooms: Only one minor complaint that the sink area was quite small. Otherwise the room was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Good size.
Safety: Felt incredibly safe. The turn in feels a bit dicey as it's kinda small and there's construction along the road but if you're patient it should go okay.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was delicious and hot. Lots of options. The kickback includes some really nice food options and the free drinks are generous with the alcohol if that's what you're after. :)

I stayed here as a solo traveler before an early flight on September 8th. It was my first time staying anywhere alone and I was very nervous. But everything was perfect! I felt very safe, the room was super clean and the bed very comfy. The kickback in the evening was great for dinner as I didn't want to venture out anywhere. I would 100% stay here again and would absolutely recommend!

We had a great time in this hotel. They have complementary breakfast and “ diner”. My family used the hotel’s breakfast and diner everyday during our stay. Rooms are very clean and nice. Not far from downtown Broadway.
