BE PREPARED TO SPEND $125 PER NIGHT EXTRA CHARGE UPPN ARRIVAL. After already spending a couple thousand on my hotel stay, I then had to spend a surprise extra $750 upon arrival!! I feel like any company that doesn’t divulge information like that to its customers is a scam. The hotel is in a good location and it’s very stylish but that’s all it has going for it. The people that work there were not very nice. Night time be prepared to not get any sleep because the location is so loud. The food was just ok. Overall DO NOT waste your money. I’m super disappointed about this place and will never be staying here again.

We had a wonderful experience, Park & Play was the easiest way to find parking and we had the honor of staying in the historic part of the hotel. The hostess team for brunch was five stars along with the service at the Bar. It was centrally located to all the fun. Great new years gift for Kings Day 2024. Thank you!Walkability: Historical Area

This hotel was super cute! It had great location, 4 blocks away from the middle of Broadway.The rooms are kind of small, and the 1st room we had the AC was broken. They quickly changed our hotel room once we called it in.

This was the first time I had stayed in a nicer hotel. The atmosphere was so nice and the hotel itself was beautiful!! Staff was friendly and accommodating, anything I needed they provided! And the location could not have been more perfect, only a 3 minute walk to Broadway where all the bars and music can be found!

Love the location! You can go out the back of the hotel directly into printers alley. It's about a 5 minute walk to Broadway. The room was aesthetically pleasing! Love the colors. Bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable. We usually stay at the noelle, a door over, wanted to try a new place, The Dream looked fun! My only complaint is the service, if the service was elevated you would feel like it's as nice as it looks. You have to hunt down the valet, they're not just hanging out ready to grab your vehicle, they do not help with the bags in or out... even though my bf tipped. For example, when I walked up trying to find someone, I had to interrupt two talking to each other to get some help. They also didn't help open the door while I was walking in with my luggage. So just subtle things that would make all the difference. The coffee bar had one person at it, taking the calls from the rooms for coffee and breakfast items, who was also making all the drinks, there was about four people ahead of me in line, an additional person at the coffee bar would be helpful. I ended up going next door to grab coffee because it was taking so long, felt so bad for her! It's not a bad stay for the price, just little tweaks and it would be next level!

The Holiday Factory was AMAZING! Drinks were so festive, decor was superb, and ambiance was incredible! The bartenders Megan, Peyton, Rae were THE BEST- so fun and so talented! The manager Anthony was also so helpful! I highly recommend this bar!

Every single employee here was wonderful. We especially enjoyed our time in the brunch spot on a Saturday with their DJ! The room was comfortable, and the location can't be beat!Nearby activities: Plenty!Walkability: Close to Broadway, lots of things to do and see and a small jaunt down the road!

Only a couple blocks off Broadway, around the corner from Printers Alley. But somehow the rooms are quiet and the place is hopping. Best of both worlds.
