Jamal has been wonderful to work with! While he was training Aaron he still gave wonderful customer service. Levi was also a great help in getting me into something that won’t break my budget! I recommend everyone come here simply because everyone was SO easy to work with!

The team at Nissan Downtown Nashville are fast, reliable, friendly, and professional. I am so pleased with my experience and help from LJ and Spencer. I had such a good experience with this dealership. We worked with Dakota and he did a great job helping us get what we wanted without being too pushy. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and respectful of our time from Dakota, to Tim in management, to Mary in finance. We had a bad experience at a different dealership so we went into Downtown Nissan a little skeptical but ended up being very pleased with our experience. Thank you all!

Had a great experience at Downtown Nashville Nissan. Our sales rep, David, was very kind and generous with his time. He and the manager, Colt, worked with us while we had some trouble with our bank and insurance, and in the end we were able to get a nice car at the price we wanted. The car itself is in great condition with no problems, so far. David was kind enough to give us two follow-up calls to see if there is anyway he can be of help. I would definitely recommend you consider this dealership!

Two years ago they did b/s on our trying to purchase a new car. Left & went a block or so to Crest honda. Bought new CRV.
