I would give 10 stars if I could! I called ahead to make sure they had my screen, and 1.5 hours later I had a basically a brand new phone. Everyone in the store was honest, kind, knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend them for cell phone repairs! I am clumsy, so I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.

I was out of town and needed my cellphone screen repaired. I waited two days for this business to get my screen, which they could not. The owner gave me his word that he would not charge my credit card since he couldn't find the screen. When I checked my credit card statement, he had billed my credit card, although I received absolutely no service or new parts on my phone. I had hoped this business would keep their word, but their unscrupulous business practices will prevent me from recommending their services. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was out of town. I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau. Consider yourself warned.

Definetly not a good place to buy cellphones. I bought a supposed "new" Iphone 13. Just to find 2 week later that it was blacklisted by verison as stolen or lost. The few times I went to the shop the owner was not there. They did not reimbursed me, only tried to replace the cellphone.I don't trust this shop.Udpate: based on his answer, he took such advantage that he did not give me any receipt. But I have all the messenger chat to prove the cellphone, beside you should have the IMEI.
