They ripped me off! Don't take your car to this place. Beware of Donelson Auto Clinic. We payed them 600 dollars and the problem continued, so we took it back to give them the opportunity to fix it, and guess what? They wanted 900 more dollars to fix a problem that they couldn't find the first time. My car still isn't fixed and they had the nerve to charge me 93 dollars just to get my car back! Thanks a lot! I hope people see this review and you lose business because I lost a lot of money thinking they were honest mechanics.

My Toyota Tacoma had a check engine light, so I took it in for diagnostics. Donelson Auto Clinic told me it was the Mass Airflow Sensor and would be $606, which is an insanely high quote for this repair. I paid Donelson Auto Clinic’s $180 diagnostic fee and replaced the Mass Airflow Sensor myself. The check engine light came right back on, so I took the truck to Toyota for a second opinion. The Mass Airflow Sensor was never the issue, it was a leaking intake manifold gasket.

Helped my daughter when her car overheated on her way to FL. Fixed the water pump and cams and tension pully. They were very helpful and explained what they were going to fix. Car is running smoothly. Thank you for your help in fixing the car and helping my daughter.

Absolutely love donelson auto clinic, Mike always takes good care of my vehicles and doesn’t ever give outrageous prices or do unnecessary work! I call the second i notice any problems and he gets me in as soon as he can, they give updates along the way which is awesome and are straight forward with repairs!
