I've been shopping at this store for several years now. With that said I only go there if I absolutely have to. The shelves are usually always pretty bear when I go. The staff isn't the most welcoming or friendly either. But the most frustrating part about the place for me is that no matter what time it is that I go here there's only one cashier that has no sense of urgency so to speak. And they refuse to let paying customers use the restrooms stating that they're out of order which is a lie because one of the cashier's actually felt really bad one night for having to tell me that the bathrooms were out of order when she knew that it was a lie... Sorry not sorry but I'd rather just go some where else and spend a little bit more money on what ever I need. It's all about quality not quantity and this place just doesn't have it....

Shopped for my new pet cat. I was surprised to find nearly everything my cat needed! Aside from cat litter, I was able to purchase toys, solid food, a litter box, a collar, treats, and wet food for such a decent price. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at this Dollar Tree location. Also has very friendly employees!

I was there near closing time one evening in January. Found what I needed & friendly vibe from the young folks working that night. 5 stars!

One of the younger employees, (young african american teenage girl) is not attentive to her customers. I came in here a few weeks ago to buy yarn and I went through her line and she was on her phone it took her a few seconds to realize that i was there, soon after she starts to ring up my items i asked her a few questions about the yarn and she completely ignored me. I love this store but i will not go through her line anymore

This Dollar Tree is okay. Shelves are often empty and/or disorganized. The store is dirty (shelves, doors, etc. don't seem to be cleaned often), and sometimes one of the entrances gets blocked by carts. The store also seems to be understaffed, as only one checkout lane was open. (It's been this way almost every time I've visited in the past year or so.) The staff are friendly, at least.Overall, my experience was not terrible, but not too good, either. So, a 3 star rating seems fair; however, if the store becomes more "unprofessional," I may have to drop the rating to 2 stars. You'll do fine in here, so long as you take some disinfecting wipes with you, and don't mind seeing the cleanliness of the store, or lack thereof. (Also, the store now has a DT Plus freezer section. The website's store finder makes no mention of the new products, unlike the Broad Street store in Murfreesboro, where it IS marked on the website.)

This Dollar General sold me some stale crackers and cheese curls. Refused to exchange or refund money. Manager is awful and not helpful...just shaking her head no and said I'm sorry. Do not purchase food from this location.
