It is 8:25 AM and the store is not open. Lady eventually comes to unlock the door to lock it again while there’s seven people waiting to get in the store I noticed it took one of the workers awhile to even get in because nobody was here to let her in.

The women in this store are awesome. I am a regular customer there, and every time I come in I always have a good conversation with staff. I'm sad to see Ms. Connie and a couple others transfer, but are happy with the fact that it was due to a promotion.I came in there last month with horrible cramping. The manager asked if she could help with anything, in which I asked if they had any women's heating pads. She told me that they didn't have any in stock, but pointed out a product that was similar and said that it was her and her daughter's go to as they have endometriosis. I talked with her for a few minutes and she showed me several other products that she thought would bring me relief. I was in agony that day, and appreciated the fact that she emphasized with me and did her best to help me. Ms. Connie was always so sweet to me, and always singing and looked beautiful and professional. They are hard workers. That store gets slammed sometimes, and they still manage to stock the shelves and check everyone out in a quick and timely manner. I work next door, and enjoy my daily trips and conversations with them all. Keep it up Ladies. Y'all are doing great and I appreciate every one of you. >3

the website says they open at 8 and they’re always late which inevitably makes me late to work. the manager today showed up at 8:10 and it has been later before multiple times

This used to be a pretty good store. Now, all I get is rude employees. Never enough crew members, which might explain the rude employees.Customer service is at best, bad.

I guess the store hours here are a suggestion here because it’s 10 min past opening time Saturday morning and there are 7 people sitting out here waiting for it to open. Even one of the non-key holder employees is out here waiting, if that tells you anything.

Walked from the truck stop a little over a mile to do a little shopping.. got in and asked store associate(white lady)that was in sock aisle for restroom key, she told me to go to counter. Went to counter, another man waiting to be checked out. No one at register. Here comes other associate ( black lady) , I asked for key, she patted her back pockets then said" restroom is out of order" I believe customer was waiting on her because she was in the bathroom. I asked do they not have a bathroom for customers and told her I walked over a mile from truck stop to do a little shopping. She told me I could go next door to the" white bison".. I'm which i did, and they were polite enough to let me use it, even though i wasn't a customer.. I went back to truck stop, wasn't going to spend my money somewhere i couldn't use the restroom.. if it wasn't for us truckers and customers they wouldn't have a job.. isn't right..

Okay So the Most Unique amazing experience happened here. I witnessed The Cashier Help out a single dad trying to buy his son something to eat. She pulled out money from her pocket. It’s rare that you see help anyone anymore and I’m sure that the amount that she helped him with was at least an hours pay ? hands down for the cashier Renee 2be Nominated employee of the year. Brilliant heart and excellent customer service must be rewarded? Highly Recommend Professional Staff. Thanks Rene America needs more people like you.
