They always try to close the store early, likely because they’re extremely understaffed. That is a high trafficked area and cannot be manned by 1 or two people.
Today (11/7) I was turned away at 9:40 (quite rudely actually) for this reason. There was a line and only one person working.

This is a great store!! The staff are really helpful and so very nice ! They store is very clean and organized, Charlene and Larry are awesome employees and helped me find everything I needed. Great location !
