In conclusion: I did not curse at them at all. They were crass and rude. Also, said they wouldn’t even look at it til next Thursday. Weedeater is 3 months old but was a back up and barely used it when it bogged out. Definitely disappointed with these guys. I gave them a fair shot but their professionalism is non existent. like I said Nashville Lawn Equipment is way better in all aspects.
UPDATE: the response from the owner is exactly why their customer service sucks. They’re condescending and rude even when you’re just asking questions. The response failed to mention that their mechanic won’t be in for another 2 WEEKS! I was told they wouldn’t look at it before then, and not because they’re slammed either, but because the mechanic doesn’t feel like coming in! Whether over the phone or in person this place is AWFUL! I would highly recommend NASHVILLE LAWN EQUIPEMENT on Thompson lane if you need great, polite, and quick service!
Will absolutely never buy from here again. Bought a 400$ weedeater that bogged out on my 4th use of it and when I called to ask to have it repaired they essentially told me it’s my problem and not their concern. Customer service SUCKS here!

Lonnie and John and the co-workers helped fix my weed eater I bought from them last year. Great crew! Professional service! Very reasonable and could not get this at a Lowe's or home Depot!

Just purchased a new Toro Titan Max. Absolutely love it! If your in the market for a Toro ask for my guy Lonnie. He answered all my questions with no hesitation. If he didn't know the answer he looked it up and that I appreciated. FYI the Titan Max was cheaper at Dickens than any box store that sells them. Thank you Lonnie, you da man!

Always my first stop when I need a repair or new item. Their prices are cheaper then the big box stores. Seriously, weedwhacker and chainsaw both significantly cheaper with these guys!Good team of men here..

Terrible customer service. They don't want to bother to look for your parts. They make you waste your time heavily once they have judged you by your looks. They give the impression that they don't want to work there and are just there to collect a paycheck..
