Fantastic experience at Diamond Cellar. I went in 9 months ago and spoke with an affable and knowledgeable sales representative, Christian. I was looking for a specific Rolex, which is next to impossible to find. Christian took some time to get to know me, took down my name and cell, and told me he’d find it but it may take up to a year. Honestly, I was skeptical. But, yesterday I’m sitting in a meeting and get a text from Christian that my dream watch had arrived. The purchasing and sizing experience was fantastic. Diamond Cellar, and Christian specifically, made the entire process personal and warm. I’ll be going back again and again.

We purchased a custom engagement ring through Diamond Cellar and had a great experience. Leva worked with us to look at design inspirations and was helpful in guiding us through ways that those designs could be merged into a single ring. They were very patient and flexible, going back and forth with us through several rounds of design changes. I also appreciated that they (within reason) worked within the initial budget without re-pricing at each suggested design edit. The overall steps involved were verbal discussion -> sketch -> 3rd rendering -> wax mold -> ring, with opportunities for feedback at each step. The whole process from first meeting to ring took 2-2.5mo.Pricing seemed fair—our experience shopping at bigger chain stores was that many of them discourage custom designs or charge much more when going custom. At Diamond Cellar, our custom ring was priced comparably to off-the-shelf options at these chain stores.

I made a big mistake by taking the spring pin out of the Glide Lock system of my brand new Rolex Submariner while trying to install a Rubber B strap. The guys at Rubber B told me I'd probably have to send the watch in to Switzerland or New York to get it fixed.I called the Diamond Cellar, where I bought the watch, and they told me to bring it in. Christian, the Rolex rep, kindly said he'd give the repair a shot. He worked on it for 25 minutes and then gave a shout- He'd gotten it back together!This was a really intricate part and I was very impressed that he could get it back together. He wouldn't even accept payment for the work.This was great reinforcement for my new relationship with the Diamond Cellar. A really great experience that I won't forget.

I’ve been coming here for just over a year now & I’m very familiar with all the employees; and I must say they’re great. Leva helped me find my gf the perfect earrings my first visit here.. since then I’ve worked with Raegan, Meghan, and Savannah who I think works in the back office but was very happy to help me while other employees was busy. When I started shopping for a Rolex Zane and Christian was extremely helpful and explained how the entire process works. There was no question I asked Christian didn’t have an answer to. Customer service is one of the main factors that determines where I spend my money and I have no complaints whatsoever.
