If it would let me give you zero stars you would be getting that.
How do you charge someone twice to deliver a package because the driver had a accident? First it was 50.00 dollars for the package and then it was still not delivered. Then the driver had a accident and another 50.00 was paid because you claimed that was the fee because the driver had the accident. Why in the hell am I paying more because the driver had a accident. And on top of all that you still won't deliver it because you need more money claiming this was another fee for emergency delivery because the driver had a accident. Am I paying to get your truck fixed? This is the worst delivery service ever. I am reporting you to the better business bureau not that you will probably care because it is obvious you don't with such pitiful service.

The worst service on the planet. $200 was paid from Colombia for shipping here to Nashville Tennessee and while the package was here in the United States, they returned it due to lack of invoices when in Colombia they do not receive anything that leaves the country if it is not complete. Now to return it and deliver it in Colombia they charge another 250 dollars and that money is lost because the medications are still in the country of origin. I have never seen customer service like this in my life. I have called this company customer service, spoke with (2) people. The first one name Kaite, she has no "Empathy", for your customers point blank. She likes to over talk the customer, and she surely don't want to hear about what happened. Then when I asked to speak with a supervisor, one is "NOT" available! They have to submit a form, and we have to wait 90 minutes for a supervisor to call back. I am looking at the driver, yelling ma'am, ma'am leave my package. I didn't have to sign for it, she couldn't hear with her music playing. With (2) Kaitlyn the exact same thing. As I explained to the both of them that I need my package redelivered "TODAY"! THEY ARE STILL IN THE AREA, I AM LOOKING AT AN DHL TRUCK RIGHT NOW. They say they have no way to contact the driver. FedEx,and UPS do, they brought my package right back. With DHL, they rescheduled it for tomorrow. In which it should have been left at the door. Not everyone is able to be at home and wait on a delivery. Then a supervisor name " Frank" called me back in ten minutes he didn't do anything. He was not of any help, he didn't even take the complaint. He can't eve tell me the time that my stuff will be delivered. As I have expressed to him that it was imperative that it be redelivered today.
Like the old saying goes it only takes "ONE" bad apple to spoil the bunch. Will I ever use or recommend this carrier service to family, and friends " NO"!!!!! Worse service ever!!!!!!!!! Total disregard for your customers!!!!!!??!!!
Makes you think twice about using this service. You might want to tell your drivers to pay attention, stop texting on the phone "IF IT IS NOT JOB RELATED"!!!!!!!!!!!

Advisor name Emily, she refused to find my shipment and listen to me for more details. She simply did not want to put effort to help me, and shut the phone off. What a disrespectful behaviour toward your loyal international shipper customer!

My package was 2 days late and I told them thinking they’d give me an update on maybe when I would see my package and they literally just said it takes time and is in transit if you need it quicker than this take that up with the company you ordered this from I kid you not that’s pretty much word for word what they told me.

I called today to see why my package delivery was changed to a later date. And was told by the customer service that I will just have to wait for it. Then I said, "can I pick it up from DHL themselves?" And was told "pick it up tomorrow" and I replied that they are closed on Saturdays and the reply was then you will get it Monday. Here is my problem is that not that I have to wait, but it was rescheduled for a later date and when asked why was that when I didn't agree to it. I was then told basically it what happens and deal with it and I don't have to agree to it. I don't understand when UPS literally delivered a package from Japan the next day it shipped, and DHL can't even make its promised delivery time. Plus, the future delivery time? Yeah, it's sometime in the future because it doesn't even tell me the delivery time. This is a very expensive item that I have had already paid for and shipped and its still in a warehouse not moving. Do better

Waited all day for a very time sensitive delivery just to get a notification at 6:30PM that "consignee premises closed". I live in a residential house, no gates, right off a main road that's right off the interstate. Checked the front door camera and not a single DHL truck has come by all day. Would love an explanation for this.

I did not & would never choose DHL for any form of delivery. I ordered from a company that only ships using DHL, unfortunately. I have been waiting AT HOME for my package all day. Then, I got a notification saying they “attempted to deliver but nobody was home.” Now, I genuinely think that the delivery driver never came here & just wanted to go home. I signed a signature release form, so it didn’t even need to be signed. Also, there are FIVE cars in my driveway. There was also people talking & a tv in the living room not even 10 feet from the front door (which we can see out of). We never saw anyone, nobody knocked, and my package is not here.
As somebody who is in the business industry and business school myself, DHL is heading for a rude awakening. Do better DHL. Obviously the management at this location is terrible and needs to be fired.

Won’t give you any info on packages and loses them $200+ lost and refuses to help when I gave all the info to verify
