“Great place to find lots of home decor items, as well as kitchen essentials, bedding, art work, wonderful discounted area rugs, furniture and even a whole aisle dedicated to Valentine’s Day gifts and candies! You can find a ton of great items at a very decent price. Parking is also super convenient with wheel chair accessible ramps. Checkout was extremely fast. Will be returning to this HomeGoods for sure!”
“I love shopping at Big Lots. The prices are really good. The selections are amazing. The store is a fairly big store, and they have such a variety of merchandise. I especially love shopping at Big Lots during the Christmas Holidays! The staff at the Hermitage store are always happy and helpful. Big Lots has been a favorite of mine since the 90's. They just keep getting better and better. Plus, they have great sales. I love Big Lots!”
“I purchased On Cloud shoes in January and noticed the fabric was failing around the side.
I reached out to On Cloud and hadn't heard anything from them. My daughter told me to take them back to Nordstrom. I did and they honored an exchange.
It was possible without a receipt, although I was able to provide purchase date. But the more important info was they had my phone number on file and were able to call up my purchases.
I get a little concerned about that but it provided a welcome service in this case.”
“Big lots sure has gotten an upgrade the last couple years. The store has a nice selection of kitchen, house, and bathroom stuff. Have a good bit of furniture. Plus some basic groceries, and some interesting snacks that are nice to pick up for holidays. So a little bit of everything, and they're convenient so I often check there before I check other places.”

At Ross this particular store I love as well as the patient cashier's. Many designer marked I found jacket and pants for $2.00.
The shoes I didn't find much.
Even a all the way in back of store they have curtains and bedroom as well as bathroom.
It also depends on when it's busy and not so busy.

“The shelves were being stocked during my visit which actually wasn't a turn off because the clerk had some.down home Blues music playing which help to liven my mood. Lol! Overall the clerks.were nice, friendly and engaging.”
“If you have been to one Target, then you have been to most of them and this location is your standard Target minus a few of the most modern amenities/adds. Located in Donelson, this Target sits in the middle of a huge shopping plaza along with a variety of eateries and other retailers. Due to its location, parking is beyond plentiful and is never an issue. The store has seen some upgrades to the façade and minor updates to a few areas inside including the addition of a grab and go space. Other than that, the store is still in need of some updates as it is showing its wear a bit. Additionally, this store always seems to be somewhat disorganized to an extent with empty shelves surrounded by full stocking carts, unpriced items and in some cases, poor selection. The other heartbreaking thing about this Target is there is no Starbucks. Overall, I'd live in this Target rather than go to the other big box retailer for one item...while it has it's faults, it is still a Target and I love it!”
“Clean! Great deals, different selection than dollar general, very clean well stocked, no ROLLTAINERS ON FLOOR, staff was friendly and helpful, chit chatting but not abrasive. Positive atmosphere, like they people working like and respect eachother, employees busy between checking out customers, home goods and seasonal stuff was a good selection ? ?”
“I love this store, but there is always a long wait to checkout; the line will be wrapped all around to the middle or back of store, which is like a 30 or 45 minute wait. So, they need to rectify this issue, I know more people would be there if they did.”

“This Walmart is located on Gallatin Pike and sits directly across from the large complex housing Dick's, Best Buy, Rooms To Go and more. Unlike many Walmart's around the city, this location features all the creature comforts of a superstore plus a Murphy gas station...which always has great gas prices! I usually avoid Walmart for the most part, but on occasion, which is usually early on a weekend morning, I will pop in for random items. I legit live less than a mile from Dickerson Pike Walmart and will go out of my way to go to this one. The store is usually decently clean, shelves are stocked and the cashiers are in place. While this Walmart is far from perfect, it is a solid Walmart location, especially given nearby locations. Overall, I am a Target fella at heart, but don't mind popping in here when needed.”
“Today, there was a hispanic family that had THREE buggies and could not speak English at register 20. These stars are for the cashier being so patient with them and the other cashiers and employees around that were equally helpful. This Walmart has finally hired more help since they've remodeled. (I'm not sure why people complain about there being lines. THIS IS A SUPER WALMART. And almost just as many self-checkouts that you're welcome to pass through. Also if you shop on Saturday, it will always be busy.)
I only deduct a star because the handsome vendor. He said that he's raising money for children -- medical related, or religious??? I'm not sure. I would've asked for a card to know more about it and to see if this type of stuff is legit because I do support certain causes. I was suspicious at first though interested. But he told me: "What? You don't care about children?" after I initially declined. But shout out to Isaac ??”
