This place is awesome! I dented my 1993 Honda hood and this was the only place to find the part. Kyle was helpful, professional, and honest. The car is beautiful- I get compliments on her all the time about how great she looks. The paint job makes her look like a new car. These guys are the best!

This place was great! Excellent communication and an honest owner. Got a quote and Kyle suggested I shop around. Went to two other body shops and they were higher! Chose to use the Dent Shop and there was no long wait. One of the other quotes wanted me to wait almost two months! Car was fixed quickly and they did a really good job! Very satisfied!

Very nice operation - Kyle, the owner, is a great communicator. Work was done perfectly and on time. He found some extra work was needed but didn't charge me.

Drove all around Nashville, TN looking for a shop to install a new car door handle. Could not find anyone willing to do so. Finally, someone recommended I stop by Dent Shop. They were more than happy to do the work while I waited. Their prices are super fair also. Highly recommended for collision work! You will have a much better experience at a locally owned shop vs a corporate-ran body shop.

Excellent and very professional. I am extremely pleased with Kurt's dent removal service. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again if I want a dent removed. His pricing was very reasonable and he was able to work on my car the day after I texted him.

I waited over 3 months to get my car repaired. The customer service was subpar and anytime I was told I would get a call. I never received the call. I showed up to the shop in person over 20 times. All of the initiation was on my end to get updates about my vehicle. I was told several times that my car would be ready tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Just to be told after 2 month mark that the reason why they were having trouble was due to oversight on their end. I received my vehicle after 3 months or so. The work was beautiful on it but there were minor details that I had to wait over a month to get taken care of. I have my car back now but there are still small things that need to be fixed that are taking longer than they need to. The owner of the shop was very kind and understanding and helpful many times, but overall I would say the customer service was not that great. If I ever need a body shop again I will not be going to this one unfortunately. They do great work, but you might have to wait a very long time and be proactive about contacting the owner yourself. Also expect there to be delays, even if you think you're getting your car tomorrow.

Terrible customer service!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called to get an estimate and some work done on a car and was told to bring the car over. Once I arrived, I was met outside like I wasn’t welcome inside. The guy took pictures of my car and told me that he would have an estimate for me in a couple hours and I never heard back from him. When I called the next day he told me he was painting a car but had my estimate and would give me a call in the next 30-45 minutes, I never received a call back so I went somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend them, very unprofessional.
