I have received several emails over the past few months about deals and discounts. I got one for a 50% off sale today and went to the website to order for the rest of the year and upcoming school year and everything is sold out. Everything has been labeled sold out on the website for little kids for a few months. I tried to buy a jacket last fall and look probably once a week at this point and it’s always the same. What’s the point? I’m wanting to order early and online because I’ve already had the experience of them not having what I needed in the store AND their shipping taking entirely too long. Everything’s already super over priced there and here I am biting the bullet to spend the money and the only company I can buy my kid’s uniforms from won’t even let me. It’s a frustrating mess in my opinion.

The quality of the clothes is quite horrible. Our logos have come off numerous shirts within 5 washes and shirts have faded. They are constantly out of stock with items. I placed this last order with a 25% off code for anything in stock, but no items were eligible for the discount. Customer service is nonexistent. I called to check on an order that was more than a month outstanding and miraculously it was filled that day. I hope our school changes uniform suppliers.

The sales clerk was wonderful- friendly and helpful. That's why I put 2 stars. Otherwise, I'm CONSISTENTLY DISAPPOINTED with the store. As usual, it had few of the items in stock that I needed- simple things like SHIRTS!!If I wasn't locked in to Dennis Uniforms by the school my grandchildren attend, I would NEVER shop at Dennis- in store or online (which is just as bad if not worse.)

The people are super nice. The hours are inconvenient for working people who don't live in the area.The Dennis brand (not this location) has made shopping difficult this school year with variations in sizing and extended backorder times. We drove an hour to purchase the only two skirts available that fit. There is similar (or less) availability on the website with unacceptable wait times for shipping.

I went to the store on July 11th so my daughter to could try on shirts to be sure we got the correct size as she had outgrown her current school polos.They did not have the size and color in store with her school on them so they ordered them online and were to be shipped to us.It's now been 5 weeks, school has started and my daughter does not have her school shirts so she is wearing polo shirts that are too small. My order status online says unfulfilled, the people in the store cannot give me any additional information beyond what I can see and tell me to call customer service. When I call I get a message that no one is available to help me, the email address sends a generic generated response and the chat feature on the website does the same.I wish the school could find another vendor or Dennis could get there act together enough to respond to customers who have been waiting longer than 4 weeks to for their orders, these items are not cheap, they have my money, I do not hcave what I paid for, my daughter is wearing clothing too small for cher and she can only wear the clothing sold exclusively through Dennis, it's all messed up!

We visited the Brentwood store 2 months ago. They did not have any in-stock items for the sizes we needed. We were advised to order online and that we should have the items within 2 weeks. It has now been 2 months and we do not have even half the order. The corporate number we were given constantly states their associates are too busy to answer calls. Email responses are auto generated. The Brentwood store employees told us they are understaffed and unable to help with online orders. We had to purchase used clothes to begin the school year. Totally unacceptable service, especially for the high price points.

We placed our order in June 7th and are still waiting on shirts. We start school tomorrow and had to buy hand me downs. Super disappointing for the amount of money we spent. Double the price of our precious vendor.

Placed our order a month ago online. Still do not have the clothes. Had to drive an hour to go to the brick and mortar store. After calling to make sure everything was in stock and having them confirm, only about half of the stuff we needed was actually there. Very frustrating

The employees that assisted me was super helpful and very welcoming. She went out of her way to help me make decisions which I find so helpful. She was working on Tuesday the 3rd at noon. She should get some type of recognition. Thank you!

I found out with very short notice that my child was accepted into a school, that I didn't think would have availability. The class starts on Monday and I quickly needed to order some Dennis uniforms for him. After measuring and looking over the sizing charts online multiple times, we couldn't figure out what size he needed, so I decided to drive up to find the right ones.Even though the store was very busy, all of the staff was incredibly helpful, and I'm glad that I decided to go, because our initial clothes order would have been too small. I was able to pick up a couple of things and order the rest, while also saving on shipping costs.Thank you to the staff for making a stressful situation easy. Will definitely return to order more clothes when we need to.

Quality of their clothing - it is above average; this is the only thing they've got going for themPrice point - unnecessarily high; I presume because they know most of their customers are forking out private school tuition so why not get a piece of the action? They needn't worry about their prices being a deterrent when their clients are forced to purchase from them.Service - this is mediocre on their very best day. We had to wait so long on orders we placed that we no longer needed any short sleeves for the year, which didn't matter anyway because half of the items were sent in adult sizes. We alerted them to the error, and the 2nd order was filled the exact same way. By this time, the size we ordered and never received would have been too small anyway. We had no choice but to buy the same items at Old Navy and have them embroidered. They were beautiful so we decide to go the same route again this year.

Very easy to find my child's school and proper clothing I wanted to order. Payment was quick and easy too; with the whole transaction literally taking less than 5 minutes from the time I logged onto the site. I ordered today and items are already shipping. I don't know about this order, but quality from Dennis has been consistently excellent for the past 15 years my family has been ordering from them.
