5756 Old Hickory Boulevard is the best place anyone could possibly shop at on a cold or hot day:)
They offer so many things and the store manager is the most politest person you could ever imagine
Both me and my family love going there and picking up items for our dinner the next day
MARK OUELLETTE IS DEFINITELY THE MAN YOU WANNA TALK TOO
HE IS DEDICATED AND DOES ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING FOR HIS CUSTOMERS/EMPLOYEES:)
not once have we gotten the impression that this store was a bad place to go to
It is lively and gives off so many wonderful vibes
I DEFINITELY WILL CONTINUE USING THIS MAPCOS FOR MY EVERYDAY NEEDS❤️

The clerk (Nathan) refused to sell me lottery tickets because it was against his religion…. While I respect your religion, why is no one else available to do the job they got hired for. Lost a customer today.

I don’t have anything good to say about this place. It’s been there forever and it looks it. The parking lot is very small and it can be difficult to get in and out of. The pumps are frequently blocked by people who leave their cars there to go into the store. Hard to find parking if you just want to run in for a snack.I think the worst thing about this place is the people who work there. I’ve stopped in there a lot over the years (family in the area) and the clerks have always been surly and kinda rude. They act like you’re annoying them by cutting into their phone time. There’s usually a line to check out and it always moves slow. There’s two registers but usually only one open. There’s a large homeless population in the area and sometimes they congregate there.There are three more convenience stores with fuel just across I40. The one with the McDonald’s is my favorite over there. The one across the street from McDonalds has no-ethanol gas.

Was not able to cash all my lottery tickets.They won't pay you for winning a ticket. You have to get more tickets and not the money.It shouldn't be the customer that has to worry about how tn lottery reimbursement process for the store.First time I've ever heard a merchant tell me I can't get the money if it says I've won a ticket.A ticket is 1dollar I should receive one dang dollar. Not have to get another ticket.This is fraudulent behavior.It's not the customer responsibility on how mapco gets money from lottery.Matt is a horrible manager and needs to be terminated.period

I am a bit late posting this but I want it to be known how much customer service is honored at this location. The manager on site gracefully assisted me by using his personal device to connect with app support to ensure that I was able to get my rewards. He got a resolution for me withing minutes! Everytime I visit this location I am greeted with a smile and I always leave with one!

I go here everyday, I love the staff but this place is ALWAYS closed. You go at random times and door is locked employees no where to be found. It’s just so not reliable.

Every time I go to this store the manager (I think his name is Matthew) is yelling at his employees. I guess it was shift change and he was being very rude to them instead of delegating his message professionally. Also, The other day I was in line to pay for my gas when a guy comes out of the office and tells the woman cashier “tell him I don’t even want the job anymore that is so unprofessional! He’s in the office nodded out!” , and then leaves out of the store. It’s always ppl standing out front and constant chaos! Avoid at all cost
