When we started the home buying process, we truly didn’t know what to expect in a market that is ever changing. From the beginning to the end, Debbie was the absolute best. She answered every question, gave wise advice, and truly guided us through from the beginning to the end. Now, we are in our home, one that we plan to stay in for years and years to come. I can truly say that there isn’t a better person to work with! We wouldn’t be where we are if it weren’t for Debbie. Our family not only considers her a trusted professional in the field, but now also a dear friend. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Debbie helped us with the purchase of our first home, which can be very stressful if you don’t have a good real estate agent to guide and help you through the process. Debbie is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind and she helped make our home-buying experience a smooth process. She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our questions and concerns, which was wonderful! We love our new home and loved the opportunity to work with Debbie.

Debbie was a wonderful real estate agent! I highly recommend her. We looked for months before we found exactly what we wanted. She was extremely patient with us and always put our needs first. She was also very professional and was constantly working behind the scenes to make sure our contract went through. Great experience!!!

Debbie served as the seller's agent in our recent home purchase where we did not have a buyer's agent. We were purchasing from out of town during COVID and she went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. She arranged zoom-based walkthroughs and video conferences with the builder on short notice. Her knowledge of the area was indispensable not just in landing us our dream home, but also in helping us make the transition from Boston to Nashville with things like how to get in the local swim club and how to arrange various services. She was kind, honest and forthright in every interaction we had. We love our new home and she is wholly responsible for making the deal happen. We would wholeheartedly recommend working with her as a buyer or seller's agent and will use her expertise in the future!!! Would give her 6 stars if I could.

Debbie is the best real estate agent we have worked with. She went above and beyond in helping us find a home in this market, which was tricky because we were living out of state. She found us many great options, including the perfect home that had everything we were looking for. While the seller’s agent was not very helpful, she was on the ball with every aspect of the transaction and came through for us. She is great at keeping in touch and always quick to respond. She embodies exceptional professionalism and we would proudly recommend her.

Debbie worked with me for two years before we found a house that was what we were looking for. We had placed bids on two homes, lost both. In retrospect, it has all turned out for the best. Debbie is friendly, professional, generous with her time, and truly patient. I never felt rushed to make a decision. We live miles away from Franklin most of the time, and were only able to visit on occasion, but she was always willing to work with us to find just the right place. I’m picky, and I’d choose her again!
