Got my first piercing here today and it was a 10/10 experience. The girl at the front desk was super informative and helpful, also very friendly! And Melissa with my piercing was fabulous. She is extremely informative, honest, and genuinely wants you to have the best experience and be happy with the result. She made sure my finish choice was a good color for my skin tone, described what each step of the process was going to be like, and when I almost passed out after my piercing she offered everything I would need to feel better. Will recommend anyone here in the future!

Melissa was so great! She was knowledgable, helpful, and kind through the whole process! She was very helpful in talking us through the risks and aftercare information, and explained everything to us as she did it. Highly recommend and will definitely be using her for any future piercings!

They took care of my kids first piercing. When we thought we had a problem with infection they were extraordinarily patient with all of my questions about what to look for and what to do. They followed up quickly and professionally.

Melissa did such a fantastic job and I would definitely use her again in the future. With a more extensive piercing, her knowledge, expertise, and taking the time to explain and make sure I understood all potential risks, as well as asking me questions, made me feel extremely comfortable. Worth every penny!

Owner is unprofessional, asks inappropriate questions, and lied to me regarding aftercare in order to get higher jewelry sales. This is a very, very poor environment. Highly suggest supporting better companies and piercing shops around Nashville.

Melissa is amazing! Very knowledgeable and passionate about piercing and doing it right, she talked through the entire process and explained what to expect from my nostril piercing during and afterwards. She gave detailed aftercare instructions and even helped me with a piercing that I got elsewhere that has been having trouble healing. The jewelry can get pricey, but for something that I'll be wearing everyday and I'd rather spend more for quality and something that I'll love, than something cheap that won't heal properly. Such a great experience and I couldn't recommend Dahlia more!!

Melissa is absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and passionate about piercing and doing it right. I came in for a nostril piercing and she was so patient with me and helped me pick the perfect jewelry, then part way through the appointment she ended up replacing a helix piercing that I had gotten elsewhere that was having issues healing. She gave such through and helpful aftercare instructions and made the entire process informative and comfortable. Definitely the place to go!!

We went there to buy new jewelry and the customer service was very welcoming and professional. Prices are great for the quality, and there's a large selection to choose from. Staff was really informative, and amazingly friendly. Great place! Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Dahlia has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I was 10 minutes late because I had the appointment time wrong and I walked in with three kids (one a very excited 13 year old who has been wanting to get her ears pierced for a year) to a ride receptionist and then was belittled by Melissa. She had plenty of time to Pierce my daughters ears but it was more important to her to be rude and price a point. I will never go back here and am telling my friends the same.

Got my first ever piercings here and it went great. I'm super scared of needles but the staff made me feel very comfortable. They were very thorough and explained everything about piercing aftercare as well. Very pricey, but definitely worth it. Highly recommend, especially if it's your first time getting pierced. :)
