12/11 Unhelpful pharmacist. I had received texts my prescription was ready for pickup and would be available til 12/13, which at the time of writing this, is 2 days from now. I decided to use the drive thru for the first time and I get to the window and am told my prescription was already put back on the shelf. I asked why and she then told me it had likely been 2 weeks since it being filled. Which was not the case, it had only been a a little over a week. She then asked if I wanted the prescription refilled, which I was like ummm yea, that's why I'm here??? What is this place? It would be a better practice to not dispose of prescriptions before their pickup date. Especially for people who have jobs that make getting to the pharmacy difficult. So, I was told I could come back in about an hour and when I asked how many days it would be held for she gave me absolutely no information with an extremely smug and unhelpful expression. I will be requesting my prescriptions be sent to a different pharmacy from now on.

I don’t know his name, but hope he sees this review and be proud of himself. He is amazing, respectful and nice. Next time I come there I will get your name and put it here. The pharmacists are great people as well.

I like the cvs however this place is really hard to get in and out cause the bank is right next to it blocking your way to get out of it and they don’t carry most stuff that Walgreens carry’s I’m not going back to cvs anymore

PHARMACY REVIEW ONLY: I have had great experiences at this pharmacy. I feel like they really care and after many good experiences, I really trust the team at this location.I think they have a lunch hour where nobody is there, maybe 1-2, but otherwise the drive through is very convenient and quick when I come by in the later afternoon or evening for pickups!

The girl who sometimes answers the phone here is clueless, unhelpful, and less than friendly. It's getting real old dealing with constant issues and being greeted by someone with no knowledge or desire to help me.

Terrible! You can’t get into the building without being blocked by cars and then if you do drive thru it takes 45+ minutes to even move. Best part is if you go during the day as a break they are always closed for lunch or something. To get back out of the parking lot you can’t move bc people don’t know how to get out of this place. The only plus side is they are fast for getting flu/covid shots. Everything else is a logistics nightmare.

This store often closes at least an hour earlier than their indicated store hours, which is frustrating when you drive there and can’t expect when they’ll be open in the evening. Have also had a hard time getting anyone’s attention at the checkout area the majority of times I go there—the registers are often left unattended, so if you need assistance, you’ll either have to wait a while or search around the store in hopes of finding someone.

I was blatantly accused of stealing today by one of the employees here.I have a cold right now, so I brought my reusable bag in to grab some milk and DayQuil. I can admit I might have seemed off to the man stocking the refrigerated aisle, but the door that's marked "dairy" just leads back into what looks like a storage area. I went in twice because the first time I thought I'd made a mistake. I couldn't find any milk, so I decided to grab a consolation ice cream instead. Tried to go up to the register by moving around the employee, because I'd thought he was helping someone else. They stopped in my way, so in an effort to be polite I moved around them. But I guess it was my mistake that I moved closer to the door.The employee said, "You just going to walk out with those?"I was so surprised that I said "I was just trying to find where the checkout was." I'd meant to say "find which checkout was open," because neither register was manned.He then said, "It's pretty hard to miss, isn't it?"Accused and talked down to. Fun. But I attempted to be polite. Gave him my ID and paid with no problems. But he took my scanned items and deliberately put them in a plastic bag, and when I politely asked, "Oh, can we use the reusable bag? Just to save you guys the plastic," he made a show of grabbing the plastic bag full of items and shoving it into my reusable bag.I have never had such a laughably bad customer service experience.

I am happy to take the time out of my day to brag on this pharmacist destiny ordered my medicine for me and ensured all my needs were met and ordered My activis medication along side having trouble with it being on back order many places managed to keep both in stock she is so fast polite friendly her when crew is such a gift from God I highly recommend them they are godsent.

If I could give it zero stars I would my husband told me I hope you learn your lesson in going there and I have 2 bad experience and I still went back for the 3rd never going back to this cvs the Manager NATHAN lacks good customer service and professionalism if you expect to be helped you have to wait 20 min + so he can come out of his office to help you because there is no one in the front only a sign that reads use self checkout also for him to skip you and help the other 2 people that arrived after you as if your time is not worth it I’m surprised this guy is still has a job ??♀️

Terrible, Horrible CSR…. I went there for pick up an online order and after 2 days they said my order is not in there… they guy that work there doesn’t have any professional service….. he don’t even look at or asked me my name !!!!He said “sometime your get the notifications and is not in there” really? …. If you are no able to bring a good customer service why are you there? Also they have big note please use self checkout…. I don’t know how this CVS still running…. Please don’t use this location… they treat customers like trash!!!!

My doctor sent a new prescription to this pharmacy for me a week ago. I have called twice since the prescription was submitted and been told both times that the drug in question would need to be ordered and I could pick it up the next day. Thankfully, what I need is not going to cause a life-threatening situation for me, but given this pharmacy's lase fare attitude, you might want to retink using them at all.

I have never had difficulty getting the correct dosage of my prescribed medicines, which I have taken for years, until using this pharmacy. The Pharmacists are incapable of doing simple math to figure out what the correct prescription dosage should be. They then blame the doctor and the insurance company. I am switching pharmacies and would not at all recommend this CVS location.
