Long wait times, they have horrific patient customer service. Do not try to call they will hang up without answering twice before they actually answer the call on your third attempt. They never have what you need in stock...and don't even think about asking them if other locations have it. Why is this location STILL open?

Horrible service I came to the drive thru window to pick up my medicine and the pharmacist made eye contact with me several times but proceeded to walk back and forth past the window while eating. I had to wait 10 minutes for her to come to the window and was so rude !

This cvs pharmacy is the worst. The staff is rude, unsympathetic and all of them act like they have somehwere better to be. The text messages are inaccurate. Cvs will call and text me saying my sons meds are ready but every time I go….. they don’t have it ready or somethings going on. There’s a rx tech mertha who was unbelievably rude. Every encounter I’ve had with her has been unpleasant. She’s actually closed the window on me while I’m speaking. I had just picked my son up from the hospital and our whole interaction was so disgusting. She smiled at me with a. Condescending irritated smile the whole time as I explained the situation and showed her the texts. She literally rolled her eyes. Maybe they don’t care cause the management is poor? Either way there needs to be a change. Other than that the minute clinic was great. The physician was delightful and this review does not reflect how I feel about the clinic!

I have come here several times and it is always clean and quiet. I visited the OneMinute Clinic today and was helped by Tabbitha and she was fantastic. She is the reason I'm reviewing today. She was super fast, attentive, and knowledgeable about everything I asked her. She is a great nurse!! Thank you for your service!

I went to CVS to have my prescriptions filled and the female pharmacist refused to help me and she is rude. She acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I am in need of prescriptions but she was nonchalant saying she will fill it tomorrow. I’m not sure why she won’t fill it today when they will be open for several more hours. I would not suggest using this pharmacy. The pharmacist lacks empathy to help their clients needs. I don’t believe people should work in the healthcare field if they lack empathy and care for sick patients.

The pharmacists at this place do their best, pretty sure they're understaffed.

The practitioner in the Minute Clinic is super great! She listened kindly and was very very helpful in providing me with information and I left feeling content and enlightened. Definitely recommend visiting her if you want a practitioner who is both respectful and honest :)

Stopped by at 7:20 Sunday night. Posted hours say the store is open until 8:00 PM. There were people still shopping in the store but the doors were locked (illegal in addition to deplorable service) and the staff refused to let anyone in. Disgusted. If they had rhe courtesy to explain why they closed early, it would be easier to stomach but looking at the three customers knocking on the door and blatantly ignoring us is reprehensible

Below zero if it's an option. THE PHARMACY staff is rude and miserable. Sorry for CVS that their employees are not compassionate about sick patients who in need of customer service with their prescriptions. No wonder why the reviews is 1.9. Feeling sorry for our military families who live around this town because CVS is one of the only few pharmacies that accepts tricare.

Every time I visit this store it’s either their systems are down, ATM machines aren’t working or the computer screens. I also went to have a physical done the physician that day was so rude. As soon as I walked In “your physical is $89.” Ok I have that! Then canceled my appointment because I didn’t have a physical form. Lastly she sat up and said she rescheduled my appt for the next day. Just for me to get there with no scheduled appointment.

I'd really prefer to give 0 stars for this CVS. It's poorly staffed (that's a given, it's CVS). Most of staff are just pleasant enough. The newer pharmacist who I'm told is now the pharmacy manager is unpleasant, rude, disrespectful, slow, and really couldn't care less about the patients. I have many stories to tell about his rudeness and incompetence but I will spare the details here as I have reported him to corporate repeatedly and they don't care either. I've spoken to the district manager only once and it was an unsatisfactory conversation as he did not apologize nor did he ever follow up with me. As for background, I know what I'm talking about as I'm an RN and at one point managed 2 small pharmacies. And my specialty is Quality Management/Performance Improvement. My last experience here enraged me as a non- English speaker was being given the runaround and I ended up staying quite a while to help her. The pharmacist (Mr. Vu) made no attempt to communicate with her. There was a management trainee named Ana who was on duty who could have been asked to translate as she spoke Spanish but she seemed afraid to approach Mr. Vu. I finally found a GoodRx coupon for her as he refused to look for a coupon when I requested him to. I usually drive 30 minutes each way to another CVS where I'm treated well and always charged less as they look for coupons when the rx is filled. CVS has a database which beats GoodRx prices. It's so bad here that I have switched to Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs where I can't use my insurance but still pay less than at CVS so ... I am able to get free delivery from the Antioch CVS but there is no point as prescriptions usually take at least 14 hours to be filled. The story is that this CVS is quite busy but they actually fill the same number of prescriptions as the CVS on Nolensville Pike which fills new rxs immediately and takes the time to provide good service.
