During a terrible snowstorm I called this pharmacy to transfer my daughter’s insulin prescription as her regular pharmacy had closed due to the storm. The tech I spoke with said it was no problem and started the process while I was on the phone. She told me she was “almost positive” it had gone through but her computer had froze up at the end. She took my number and told me she’d call back to confirm it was completed.Four hours later, no call back so I called them. A woman pharmacist with a strong accent answered. I explained the situation and asked her to check on the insulin. She looked it up and replied “this prescription is inactive”. I told her that couldn’t be right as it was fine a few hours before when I spoke to the tech. She argued with me telling me I had never called that store. I insisted I had. She held the phone away and loudly asked the staff if anyone had spoken to me. One girl confirmed she had and explained the computer issue. Then she got back on the phone and said “it’s inactive there’s nothing I can do.” I replied that I had just heard her staff tell her it was their fault it when inactive and I wanted it fixed. She denied they did anything to the prescription. I was very upset at this point and asked her if she understood this was insulin to keep my daughter alive and it was a snowstorm and I needed it immediately and they needed to fix it. She very rudely replied “call her doctor. We can’t do anything.”I hung up on her and called another cvs that immediately reactivated the prescription and had it ready for me in an hour.DO NOT GO TO THE CVS! This Pharmacist is DANGEROUSLY incompetent and incredibly rude on top of that. Pick any other CvS to use instead!

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Not only are they the slowest in town (be prepared to always wait at least 30-40 min in the pick up line) but there’s something wrong almost every single time I get my prescriptions. From not finding prescriptions and then “magically”finding them when the doctor calls. to not communicating when something’s wrong and having to wait an hour in line to find out, to not applying our insurance correctly and accidentally charging too much until I ask questions and get it fixed. The staff are passive aggressive at best and downright rude at worst. The other bad reviews are absolutely on point. Take your business elsewhere.

I am never going back to this CVS location again! By far my worst experience ever. I was rushed and never felt valued. It was like I wasn’t welcome in the mini clinic by the guy that was working in it. I was only there to get 2 vaccines and his tone tick me off instantly. He wanted to know the name of the doctor who referred me to get the vaccines because based on what he was saying I am not supposed to get one of the vaccine passed 26 which i assure him that the age has been changed. I was calling to get the name of my newly PCP and he was like I only have 5 minutes and i can’t wait for you, you have to schedule another appointment. So I walk out. I went to another location and the level of professionalism was exceptional.

I've been customer of CVS for many, many years. I used to like the stores and the company. I've gotten tired of them lately. Both the app and the website are insufferably slow, buggy, and often entirely broken. Waiting on hold when you call is toxic; a constant barrage of hard push for vaccines, at the behest of the death merchants that are Big Pharma. Just let me listen to music and bug off! Today would've been the last straw, but I'm stuck with them because of my plan. I was in a hurry and only pulled in because I saw they were only two cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, the woman said it will be just a minute we're changing cash drawers. 10 minutes later, she finally showed back up. Her: "Do you have any questions for the pharmacist?" Me: "No, it's a refill." Her: "Oh, the pharmacist would like to speak with you. It will be just a minute." Tick, tick, tick. It was probably four or five minutes. This little weasel comes up and start giving me instructions for using this cream on my foot. *condescending tone* Weasel: "Do you know how to use it?" Me: "Yes." Weasel: "Have you used it before?" Me: "Yes. I'm late, may I just please have my change and go? I'm in a hurry." Weasel: *nasty look* Her: "Here's your change." Me: *takes it* Her: *starts to hand me the bag, drops it." Me: "#%^|{%%8++" *whacks door on wall, chips paint* "!€|{%$cxBbd!!!" Her: " I'm calling the police." Me: &xxx{{&:)4@4)2(!!!!!!" I detest CVS.

Some people are super great. There is a pharmacist who you never want to ask for help. When she is working we try not to go there ? we have reported about her to the customer service. She is still there. Unfortunately ?

They didn't have any kind of line at 730 on a Friday. Quick & friendly pharmacy service, I know others have had bad experiences previously but I never have. Sometimes slower, but always better than my Walgreens experience. I do prefer to go inside though.

In and out with no problems. Polite and helpful staff. I use the Pharmacy, Minute Clinic and front retail regularly. They get very busy at times but nothing that a little patience can't handle. Particulary like the coupons in store.

One of the best pharmacies in Hermitage, every time my wife and i have needed a prescription filled, it's been in and out with no problem. It is true we never use the drive-thru!I think most of the negative reviews here are from people that never are satisfied with any service they get anywhere and expect everything to be perfect every time.If you want to see the slowest pharmacy ever, visit the Tulip Grove Walgreens, you'll die of old age by the time you get through the drive-thru!

I realize that it is a Sunday evening what I didn't realize as a customer is, CVS is now closing on Sundays at six. I went into the store around 545. I waited longer in line to check out then I did getting my products. Only to have two kiosks is for self checkout closed, and the manager waiting at the door impatiently to get rid of us instead of opening the kiosk and allowing the customers to leave more quickly poor management on his part bad hours on CVS. It's difficult enough for people to get their prescriptions filled during the week when they have to work all week long to make it this inconvenient is even all the more reason why I will not give CVS my business. No manager should be closing the kiosks until the stores close. It is not going to kill you to take an extra 10 minutes of your time after the door is closed to close your register especially if you want people out as soon as possible.

On the store side, not an employee was to be found and I had a question so I went to the pharmacy to speak with a kind employee named Marina. It would be nice to have had someone to speak to on the store side but due to this, I had the pleasure of speaking with Marina from the pharmacy. Marina was able to assist me and she was kind, friendly and it was a pleasurable experience. I was able to get the help I needed and I appreciate her very much.

Incredible. It's simply incredible how slow and disrespectful a staff at one establishment can be. Not only are they amongst the slowest teams I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with, but once you do finally make it to them they blatantly close up right it front of your face! It's not like you just made me wait 45 minutes to get an order.Avoid your business here at all possible.

If you are looking for the slowest pharmacy in the world, look no further than this CVS location. The staff is rude, and even during the slowest of hours you will wait an hour to pick up a prescription.

There is no one at the register ever! You will sit here and wait until you have to go find a cashier to check you out.
