Terrible. Terrible. Terrible! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a healthcare worker myself and cannot believe how constantly horrific the customer service is. One day I was out with my 1 year old with a horrific ear infection and needed to pick up an antibiotic an hour after it was called in. I called to see when it would be ready as we were on our way. I was told they didn't have the time to fill it and it would be ready when it was ready. I called the Target CVS location and they were able to get it ready in time for us to walk in the door and pick it up. This location refuses to look into details (telling me my script was never faxed even when it was, refusing to look into the issue and see what happened and make it right). Every time we have to end up at this location we are treated as an inconvenience. Very, very poor service.

Tyrone was helpful and really friendly, opening the deodorant cabinet and a system and looking for a supplement. His kindness made my day!

I used this CVS for the Minute Clinic and tested positive for Strep. I was given a prescription to which they couldn't fill in their pharmacy. I pickup up antibiotics at the CVS down the road which couldn't only fill half the prescription. We later discovered that this pharmacy had ample (8 bottles) of antibiotics. Despite the other CVS and I reaching out on several occasions to find a solution to get the other half of the prescription filled, the pharmacy tech was rude and unhelpful. She consistently interrupted me, was impatient when I asked questions, and was very clear that it wasn't her problem. She had no desire to provide customer service and support myself or the other pharmacy. Would not recommend this pharmacy or location.

Convenient location. Has what I'm looking for: OneADay vitamins and cologne. Fair prices.

Will not be refilling prescriptions here again. I went to pick up my prescription a couple days after sending it in. I was told when I got there that they didn't have my medication in stock. I was told they weren't getting more of my medication until the end of the month and there was no CVS within 30 miles that had my medication in stock. The person working had zero empathy and acted like they didn't want to be there. If they had let me know this information when they went to fill my prescription, I would have had enough time to get this fixed before running out. Now I'm over a week without my prescription, trying to get a hold of my doctor, getting put on long holds at other pharmacies to check if they have it (many haven't) and dealing with the side effects of not having my medication.

No complaints at all with the MinuteClinic pharmacy. The MinuteClinic had a very simple and easy to use online registration. I was seen ahead of schedule for my appointment time and greeted with a very friendly physician assistant and the medical provider was fantastic. My concern was handled with a complete exam, explained easy to understand what the care plan was. The pharmacy quickly filled the script and I was able to get on my way to enjoy the rest of the day. The store itself though (retail side) had very high prices and looked inviting. Did not see one staff member of the retail floor and the floor was unkept with freight all over the aisles making it so you had to navigate around totes that were not being used CVS clearly has a long ways to go when making the retail side better but from the health side they are on the right track.

Sitting on the corner of Gallatin Pike and Due West, this CVS is hit and miss with service and experience. To start, this area of Madison is not the best, so the exterior/parking lot stays scattered with trash and litter, and it is normal to be accosted by folks walking or out. This is no fault of the store itself, but just a heads up. The interior of the store has seen a revamp in the past few months with the update of the HealthHub first, followed by the front register area and now the updates are starting to hit the actual store and pharmacy, which is great. HealthHub has been hit and miss with service. Appointments are required, but have no real impact on your wait or seen time. The nurses are not exactly friendly. It is weirdly very transactional, but I guess I can understand when they see a constant flow of folks for all types of stuff. After my second visit to the HealthHub, I actually chose to get me a primary care physician as I couldn't do it another time. This location is my primary pharmacy and I will say that the pharmacy is easily 5 star for me. The pharmacists are always great, I love the messaging system for prescriptions and enjoy the ease of getting any needed vaccines. Overall, not the best CVS, but I am happy with the pharmacy.

Because my insurance requires that I utilize CVS pharmacy, in getting the current Covid Booster, the CVS location at 1200 Gallatin Pike South in Madison, TN was the closest location administering the brand of the Booster injection that I needed. At the onset, every one was friendly. The Pharmacist, whom I subsequently learned was a floater from pharmacy to pharmacy, and who just came off probation this past July from his license being suspended for two years, called me to the room for my injection. As always when getting shots I turned my head away anticipating the alcohol wipe to disinfect the area, and then the shot, however, I only felt the p**** of the needle. I begin pulling away and asked "no alcohol wipe"? He replied "it's ok," and he continued moving in to finished the shot. Again I asked, "you don't use alcohol wipes"? His second response was "sometimes I do and sometimes I don't." Never in my life, nor medical history (for which I ensure I get the Booster) has a medical professional willfully and intentionally refused to disinfect an injection site prior to administering any type of injection. I was flabbergasted at the audacity of the pharmacist, expecting that such ludicrous responses would be received as acceptable. Given the unprofessionalism of pharmacist Srinivasulu Kandipati, floating at this Madison location, I have zero confidence that I even received the appropriate shot. I'm notifying my medical doctor should something happen as a result of the unsanitary practices of Srinivasulu Kandipati, and to look to this horrific encounter as the basis for any suspicious or unjustified illness. No post injection instructions were provided to me, nor was I instructed to sit briefly to ensure no reaction to the injection before departure. I wasn't even given the customary prescription paperwork. Although I'm slightly curious as to the factors Srinivasulu Kandipati uses when determining whether or not to follow proper and safety protocols, on the other hand, I already surmise what is likely the truth of the matter. I subsequently spoke with the store manager who totally agreed that this was unacceptable unprofessional and unsanitary behavior and who was helpful in providing assistance in further escalating the matter. Clearly a two year probation by the state of Tennessee didn't teach him anything. Less than 3 months later he's conducting unprofessional behavior again.

I usually don't write reviews like EVER but this has to be the absolute worst pharmacy. I work in the medical field and it is so sickening to witness the lack of customer service. if you hate your job QUIT. don't make it a dreadful nightmare for customers to come to your facility

First off, HotGuy1987, who was here at about 1:30p Saturday 07/29. Yes, they should stagger their lunches, in fact, it is recommended. But if they all go simultaneously they are supposed to clear the customers first. You were in the right, as someone who has worked in retail for decades, this was poor customer service. After you left one of them went up to the front to complain about the "Dumb Steroid Guy" who didn't believe they should take lunch like everyone else gets too. With that said, this is the worst CVS in Nashville, to the point that I had forgotten that until I was looking at the makeup section and this beeping kept going off. I was not touching or moving anything and it just kept beeping. I thought for sure it wasn't me, so I moved away and the beeping stopped. Then I moved back and it started again. I often forget with all the rich people that moved into my neighborhood that Nashville/Madison still sucks. They were just somehow convinced to move here when they are immediately in danger anywhere they go. Why I continued to shop when I immediately could tell it was going to be a bad experience I'll never know. CVS doesn't deserve my money, I work too hard for it to give it to a place that treats its customers like a woodland forest they need to chop down to get those ridiculous receipts. When I was ready to check out, there was nobody anywhere to be found. I decided to try my hand at the never functioning properly self-checkout. Each item wouldn't register that I'd put it in the bag. I had to press down on the sensor manually with each item. In hindsight, I should have just walked out with the merchandise, when I walked out the door kept beeping for me along with the person that walked out in front of me. All this store does is beep and NOBODY cares. Walk in with a bag(because there are NO BASKETS) load it up and leave, and you'll be fine. To whoever is in charge of this CVS, your employees don't care enough to check on someone in the "beep" section, you can calm down and turn that thing off. Also, get some baskets for this place, I'm not pushing a cart around a CVS, and your employee who didn't understand the concept of a basket can also probably be let go. She looked at me like I asked her if she knew who my mother was, I only get that puzzled look when I ask something crazy like that. Do yourself a favor, skip this one, and drive a little ways to a better location.

Large selection of products reasonably priced. Parking lot is a nightmare too small. Prefer drive thru but it takes too long. Check out friendly.

Do not go here for photos, I repeat don’t go here for photos, I called early in the morning telling them they didn’t align my photo magnet correctly. They told me I could come in to get it fixed at 12 noon, I waited a half an hour and drove out there to get it fixed … their was a young black male who kept going in and out of helping me and in the end they said I had to re pay for the new photo print that they ruined at first. It disgusts me the customer service I received from this store, the man at first also told me to go to the photo kiosk and then ignored and didn’t bother to help get it done quicker. I will no longer be waisting my time at this store. Very upsetting, if you’re looking for photos go to Walgreens.

I went to CVS Store 1200 Gallatin Pike South Madison TN 37115 on December 12,2022 Between 11:45-Noon and I was behind A, customer until I ask A, Caucasian female older lady with glasses with A White Sweater, I ask her if I can use the restroom and she stated to me that it's not open to the public and which she was being racist toward me knowing she has talked to me before because I'm A CVS patient with the mini clinic. We both have talk before concerning the Nurse Practitioner was retiring and etc. She is very racist because the last time when I ask her to use the restroom in the past she stated it was out of ordered and I knew it wasn't true... The other employees have let me use the restroom and I'm very close to the new Nurse Practitioner there but I have to deal with A, racist employee that doesn't like African American people. She just plays the role of liking African Americans.
