Several times they don’t have the medication, they don’t brother to call you or the doctor to change it or strength when they don’t have it! It be nice if they answer their phone so you want make a wasted trip like I have several time. Can’t trusted the pharmacy computer

Walked up as I got my text (1:20) drove over and they closed down in front of me and refused to give me my medicine because they were shutting down for lunch. I came as soon as I got my text. Terrible service.

Why in the world do they need to close down the pharmacy for everyone to go to lunch at the save time? Their hours say open 10-7. I show up at 1:30 with very limited time and now I'm waiting for everyone to eat lunch at the same time. Just stagger lunch breaks. Or at least don't say you're open 10-7

This has the worst customer service, anywhere. They should be ashamed to even open. I only shop here because I am forced by insurance carrier. I would RUN if I could. One star is a gift because they don't have negative 10

Specifically the pharmacy. I went to pick up my 7 month old's pink eye prescription and since it was close to closing time, the pharmacist tech (or whoever works the window) refused to provide us our medication. Any Mama's out there will understand how stressful it is with a sick child and the pharmacist not caring. The sad part of it is that the pharmacist tech was a female. What happened to women supporting women? When I desperately looked at her and said "what should I do? My 7mo is in the back and really needs this medication tonight" she rudely told me, "idk what to tell you, we're closing but you can drive 15 minutes to the other pharmacy who's still open". With a screaming 7mo in the back, that's the last thing you want to do. I understand we were there close to closing but wish people had bigger hearts these days.

I picked up my medication in the drive-thru this afternoon. Service was quick but my intention for writing this review was because of Brenda. She greeted with a very genuine smile and attitude In addition to making the checkout process painless. Thank you Brenda! The genuine concern and care to take care of customers is noticeable!

While visiting visiting on a holiday weekend, I ran out of meds. I needed a short-term emergency supply of maintenance medication (not a controlled substance) and visited this pharmacy. At home I fill my prescriptions at CVS, so they were able to see that I have a valid prescription in the system. Now the shenanigans...Even after seeing my valid prescription, she advised that she wasn't allowed to give me a prescription because she "couldn't print a label". I showed her the TN state law that says that pharmacy's can give patients up to a 30 day supply of maintenance medication in an emergency. She told me that I could have my doctor call in an emergency script. However, it was a Sunday on a holiday weekend so the earliest I could reach my doctor would be Tuesday. She advised that my doctor has to have a doctor on call (he doesn't, his voicemail refers emergencies to 911) and to have them issue an emergency script to a 24 hour CVS because they were closing in 15 mins. BUT THERE ARE NO 24 HR CVS STORES IN NASHVILLE!This lady just didn't want to do her job close to quitting time. From a medical professional, this is seriously unprofessional behavior. Her unwillingness to provide care could lead to a serious medical crisis for me.This pharmacy doesn't adhere to the "Oath of a Pharmacist" and doesn't deserve the public's trust or support.Avoid this business at all costs.

The pharmacy tech was talking badly about me behind the counter today when I was picking up my prescriptions. I know pharmacists are overworked but these ladies need to read the room when customers are around.

I've had issues at other CVS stores in terms of scheduling vaccines and other appointments through the walk-in clinic and with the automated phone service for refills. This location on Charlotte never has those issues. Every time I've made a vaccine appointment here they check their virtual forms and print my information when I arrive and have me in and out in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I drive out of my way to use this location rather than some of the others.
