I'm not a typical negative reviewer, however CVS just isn't the same. The pharmacy is out of drugs often (but they'll text you to come in to get the prescriptions they don't have in stock). This is new. I'm losing faith in CVS as a reliable pharmacy.

The employee at this location was friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated after having a bad experience at a different CVS a few days prior.

The pharmacist, Horton, exemplifies the absolute worst in customer service. His attitude is beyond rude, and his demeanor is completely unprofessional. Instead of politely informing me that they were closed, he chose to yell at me, displaying an appalling lack of respect. While I attempted to voice my concerns to the manager, Horton didn’t even have the decency to address the situation. Instead, he sat behind the counter loudly bragging about his lunch, showing zero regard for the issue at hand.
This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a position that serves the community. Horton clearly does not care about his job or the people he is supposed to serve. He has no place in this establishment and should not be allowed to represent it. His actions reflect poorly on the entire organization, and immediate action should be taken to address this disgraceful conduct.

Seemed annoyed that I had a vaccine appointment and unsure if they were even offering vaccines during flu season. The unprofessional behavior of the pharmacist made me reconsider getting a vaccine so I went to the Walgreens across the street where I was treated quickly and professionally.

Very rude and not helpful employees. All seem bothered with customer presence. They dont help you through the couponing process or they just don’t know anything. It was a mess and left the store even feeling bad treated, rushed through the checkout process and the looks they give to you is more than words. Definitely this kind of stores with great stuff and promotions end up closing just because the lack if professionalism and not motivated employees. I hope they can receive a proper customer service training and be more empathetic with people.

He doesn't deserve a star. You never have the medicines available. They say that they are going to order them and that they take a few days is a lie, they take a long time and leave with out you medication.

Mr. Horton , Jones that works in pharmacy area had poor customer service skills and I don’t think he is the type of person anyone would want to be over their medicine . He’s very rude and his attitude is horrible . He makes it very obvious that he has an issue with being a worker there so he shouldn’t be one. I’m definitely changing my location because I don’t trust anyone with that kind of demeanor to be around my medicine .

Won’t answer the damn phone. They send you to an answering machine that only lets you leave a 15 second message before it disconnects automatically. They will not call you back. Impossible if you’re also getting the run around from your doctor and insurance company. Damn near impossible to get anything done. The people that work there are wonderful, but as a company this business model sucks and it’s gonna start making people sick. I’m going without vital medications half the time because they can’t figure this out.

This CVS is typically fast and has good customer service. I will say they hired a new person at the drive thru window, and we'll, he's slow and doesn't always seem to know what he's really doing. Overall a good pharmacy though.

I just had a very pleasant interaction with an employee named Thomas at this store. I had to come into the store minutes before closing to get some over the counter meds in a semi emergency for my significant other. Thomas made it a point to ask me if I was finding everything okay and was actually able to help me find something that was located in a different part of the store that better fit my particular need. Then he came up and opened up a second register to help his co worker with checking people out. I just appreciate how kind and relaxed his demeanor was about helping out. You just don’t find people like that in retail or customer service lately. Thank you Thomas for being you. Keep up the good work, you are appreciated.
