I have been a few times to the minute clinic here with my husband and son for various reasons and I cannot praise the staff high enough.
We have been seen to by Paige a few times and Elizabeth once and their kindness and going above and beyond has been truly appreciated - especially with a sick child on some of these occasions. They made our toddler feel very at ease and for myself, there was a doubt around a medication and whether I could take it or not, so I checked with my doctor directly and they personally called me to follow up to confirm.
I would highly recommend this last minute clinic and a massive thanks to the team there. We need more people like you in this world :)

I was very impressed when visiting this cvs. This location is the cleanest and most organized I have visited in Nashville. The cashier was very kind to me and gently helped me find a product I was looking for.

This review is for the minute clinic. Rarely are medical providers punctual and warm. This team is excellent. They got me what I needed in an efficient manner and were very empathetic to my symptoms. Top notch care. Really appreciated it!

"The pharmacist at CVS sent my prescription back to my doctor without notifying me, solely because my insurance didn't cover the medication, a fact I was already aware of. This unnecessary action caused a significant delay in refilling my crucial medication, which I require daily. It's frustrating that pharmacists can make such decisions without considering the impact on patients. This lack of communication and empathy only adds to the challenges patients face in accessing essential medication. The system is clearly in need of improvement."

Kim, the family nurse practitioner at the minute clinic, was no good. I came in with a pounding headache, sore throat, and a cough and congestion that I’ve had for a month now. She told me it was just allergies and sent me on my way. I drove myself to the Vanderbilt walk in clinic and they told me I had a bacterial sinus infection AND I had a fever. After I tested negative for COVID, flu, and strep, kim assumed it was nothing and even alluded that I was lying. Who lies about a sore throat?

I had an appointment at the Minute Clinic at Kroger in Green Hills today. I arrived at my appointment time to be told they had "overbooked". The PRN was rude and dismissive. I left Kroger and went to CVS next to the mall without an appointment and was welcomed by Paige & Parisa. Both were very kind, patient, thorough, understanding, and informative. I had a biometric screening completed and could not have been more satisfied with the experience. Highly recommended!

I do not recommend this Minute Clinic. I left with ZERO help. Had fluid in my ears with congestion in my head and wheezing. I won’t make that mistake again. Neetha George was the so called doctor.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Steer clear. The provider at the Minute Clinic ran a COVID test on me despite me being asymptomatic of COVID symptoms and despite her openly acknowledging she doubted I had COVID. I asked the nurse if I would be charged for the test since it was pretty clear I didn’t have it and she told me no. A few weeks later, I have a bill for a $120 COVID test and no one at this location or the greater corporation cares that I was misled through the entire process.

There’s not enough staff in the Pharmacy. The employees can only do so much and the wait times are forever.

Run from this store. Drive through pharmacy now closed and there is no parking. Taking a week to fill prescriptions. Done with this. Moving on to another pharmacy. Beyond terrible and the morale of workers is in the tank too.

I was over charged for my items by not deducting my thirty percent coupon. I went back and complained about it I was given 20 dollars coupon instead of giving me credit back on my charge card. I used the 20 dollar extra buck coupon I was cheated again by giving me 15 dollars worth . The sells person is a lazy person and didn’t want to make the correction until I raised my voice. I will no longer buy anything from CVS unless I have to.
