The Pharmacist who I was told he was the manager was very rude. I refused to let him demean me and as a senior citizen I am well trained to let people know when they are not being professional. Now this location will not fill any of my prescriptions. After using this location for over 30 years I will never step in another CVS store.

The store looks a lot better than it did some months ago. Looks like they're really cleaning up the place. Saw some people shoplifting during my visit, absolutely shameless. The pharmacy could use some work and maybe some more training.

Frustratingly slow, understaffed, and unkempt on a consistent basis. The lack of a drive through for the the pharmacy is also a big minus. Pharmacy prices are also not competitive with others nearby.

By far the worst experience I have ever had on a reoccurring basis. I would give zero stars if I could. The full workflow and the plethora of technical issues/breakdowns cause such an alarming experience for both clinicians and patients. The company needs to revamp the system and revisit why they are in the business because it shouldn’t be for money. It’s also very alarming to be dealing with a corporation that are worried more about the number of bodies that they staff versus quality and experience to get patients what they need. And the incompetence of the staff and the apparent lack of training is astounding.

rude pharmacist!!!!!! The pharmacist was so rude they ignored me for over five minutes, so I walked to the other end of the counter to get someone’s attention. Then I they told me to go back down will be with me in a while rudely then I waited, and they finally knowledge me to get my prescription, but then walked off again. I couldn’t hear him. I couldn’t see him where they were going what they were doing, so eventually, the pharmacist just jumped up and started yelling at me telling me I was being too impatient. I was literally shaking in shock. I was pacing because I was trying to decide if I should sit down. Can they see me do they know I’m there i wondered. I’m also hard of hearing my back was hurting, had to go to the bathroom ….it was crazy how rude and disrespectful. I can’t believe that they get by with this.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t care about their patients whatsoever, they say they can fill your meds and then they turn around and say their out of the medication even though you confirmed 3 times that it would be ready by a certain time and date. Will never use this place ever again.

Do you even read your reviews??? WORST PHARMACY STAFF EVER. Seriously if you work there please consider working in a non customer facing industry. So disappointing. Rude. Unprofessional. And the list goes on. Should have the zero star option.

The pharmacist literally yelled at me telling me I was being impatient. I waited for quite a while before I could get someone to acknowledge that I was there I couldn't see or hear anyone there was no one else in line. There was no one on the phone, so just trying to get an acknowledgment that hey I'm here seem to set him off, but I read other reviews and it seems like this is common for this pharmacist, I can't believe CVS would want someone like that working for them with all of these negative reviews. Obviously CVS is not gonna do anything and I spend a lot of money there well, not anymore taking my business to Publix.

The staff at the pharmacy here seem to hate their jobs. They ignore you at the counter, act like they have all day to service you, and could care less about meeting your needs. I've never encountered a more miserable set of customer-facing employees in all my previous CVS experiences, which has spanned multiple states. I blame the store management for not addressing this. Time to fire these people. Thankfully I'm moving to the other side of Nashville soon and I'm hoping the local CVS there is in keeping with the other CVSs I've experienced in the past.

Greetings. I want to say that this location is very short staffed at the pharmacy and the employees still working there all deserve a big raise.I had an issue yesterday with my medication and went in to see only two people working with over 13 people lined up to get meds.This sweetheart named Natalie was able to resolve my issue after I explained to her what’s going on.Please give them raises. Two people working with over a dozen people lined up is not fair.Thank you Natalie and best of luck in the future.Gabriel Sinsolaris

The WORST pharmacy in Nashville. They are a chaotic nightmare, and RARELY have your prescription or might just have a few.. You never know who will be there because it's always someone new or the awesome manager they'll get has to quit because it's such a chaotic mess. How are people supposed to function if your pharmacy doesn't function??? I'm tired of living in fear if they'll have my prescription or not. Or who I'll be meeting behind the counter this week??? What a MESS this pharmacy is.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t know what’s happened with this location but their service, or lack there of has truly diminished these past few months. Their hold time is INSANE! You wait 20-30 minutes to get an answer. I actually waited so long Tuesday I was sent to voicemail. Whoever the male pharmacy tech is that answers is incredibly rude. He asks how he can help you but then cuts you off mid-sentence to get your information and provides curt responses that aren’t thorough or clear, prompting follow-up questions that he seems irritated by. I don’t understand the rush because I know he isn’t trying to get to the next customer. I’ve never called a storefront business where it’s so impossible to reach someone. This isn’t a high volume location. If they were constantly flooded with customers like the Apple Store, I could probably understand but still. There’s a thing called “providing great customer service” and he definitely doesn’t have it. Outside of him, just in general if you need help over the phone, I hope you have a day to waste getting it.

Never had such a terrible experience. Liquid antibiotics were prescribed for my son for 7 days but that hardly lasted for 6 days. When I called them, they were reluctant to provide two additional doses. They were considering the request as a new prescription, and that I will have to pay an additional for the same. How experienced a pharmacist needs to be to understand that basic math of totaling.I have received antibiotics from other locations and pharmacies before; they even consider adding a little extra since if its liquid it has a chance of spilling while giving it to a three year old.I will not recommend anyone to send their prescription to this location.
