Had a great minute clinic experience and then went to pick up my prescription. The male pharmacist told me 20 minutes and i waited over an hour. I was dismissed multiple times until the guy finally left his shift and lady pharmacist switched over. She finally STARTED my prescription. I was at CVS for over 2 hours total. No one should have to sit in a CVS that long.

Almost Impossible to get their, unless on foot or via helicopter. I could only get there going wrong direction in 'one way' (which should be 2 way). You have to enter from South Right lane on Hillsboro Pike.

Always polite always pro.I get certain things the competition doesn’t sell from supplements to gel pads to exercise equipment. They’re the best as far as this kind of store goes!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Steer clear. The provider at the Minute Clinic ran a COVID test on me despite me being asymptomatic of COVID symptoms and despite her openly acknowledging she doubted I had COVID. I asked the nurse if I would be charged for the test since it was pretty clear I didn't have it and she told me no. A few weeks later, I have a bill for a $120 COVID test and no one at this location or the greater corporation cares that I was misled through the entire process.

Expect to wait in line forever. They let people park and wait and the drive thru instead of asking them to come back. The parking is horrible and it's hard to get in and and out of the lot. Definitely moving my needs to Walgreens.

Love that the new location in Green Hills as a drive thru pharmacy, as this will help limit the amount of people that need to park in parking lot and helps expedite picking up prescriptions. Would be nice to have a mirror to see around corner before pulling out of drive thru, as several cars were going wrong way and you can't see around corner.

The new store is problematic. The tiny parking lot is accessible only by southbound traffic on Hillsboro Road. Impossible to enter when traveling northbound due to continuous heavy traffic on Hillsboro. And the back drive is one way [out only]! The old location had a traffic light to make it possible to enter and exit properly from any direction. Whoever designed this location obviously did not bother to check the traffic flow in this notoriously crowded neighborhood. Furthermore, that one-way drive at rear is just plain stupid. CVS management really shot themselves in the foot on this one, and it will surely cost them business...including mine.

Routine frustrating experiences. The pharmacy often takes FOREVER to answer the phone; sometimes I've hung up after 20-30 minutes on hold. Made an appointment for a same day flu shot first thing in the morning (website suggested they had availability every ~15-min from mid-morning through end of day). Received e-mail confirmation for appointment, showed up early, and was told my appointment was cancelled because they were overbooked (no notice provided or e-mail cancellation). Reading other reviews across different platforms, apparently cancelling these appointments is commonplace for this location. I got no notice so just burned 30-min away from work that I'll need to make up on the backend.

Absolutely the most inefficient ego stroking self gratifying old geezer of a bean counter refused to give me my prescriptions stating "the law says I have to show my ID to get my prescription" yet I have literally only ONCE been asked to show my identification, which was when I first started taking one medication in particular. I am absolutely furious and now...without my medication for another day. I hate that old curmudgeon and hope he falls asleep driving his car.

Pretty standard CVS. This well-stocked store has nice staff running the cash registers. Beware of the challenging parking spots out front. Some aggressive drivers made it a challenge for us to get out of the parking lot in one piece. Otherwise, no complaints.

I wish I could give zero stars. The pharmacy staff is not only rude but extremely unhelpful. I was experiencing an issue with a prescription, and not only did they refuse to give me my medication, they made little to no effort to help. These are NOT the people I would recommend for this store, let alone a medical field. I have never written a negative review in my life, but I was so upset with my interaction with the CVS pharmacists I felt it was my civic duty to advice others to choose a different location for the sake of proper medical treatment.
