Staff is good. Doctor Lanier is great and the only reason I still go there. I get multiple email and text messages about my upcoming appointment. Let's see...one of the emails had a link to their portal which didn't recognize me, so more hoops. Then it wanted me to check in, which was broken. On the phone I got two such check in message links. I did one of them which also had me take a psychological survey?? for my feet??! then it refused to take my payment so, largely a waste of time. Then when I got there they had more forms to review including a section for a deceased person??! All I know is that I'll have to ignore all their links from now on and if they read this, maybe they'll take a hard look at all the notifications and stupid forms they use.

Dr. Farnen is great. He's very kind and to the point when he is taking care of you. He doesn't try to scare you into healthy choices like some people do. He understands that people have life happening and treats you with respect. He's a doctor I don't mind seeing.

I’m a new patient and was treated like I had been there a thousand times. Everyone from my check-in, to the Dr. Lanier, were courteous, friendly and funny. Dr. Lanier took care of my problem quickly and was very attentive to my needs. I am happy I picked the right Dr and staff.March 4,I returned today without an appointment and was seen by Dr. Lanier within 20 minutes. Wow! I was in terrible pain all night and she had me diagnosed and treated within 15 minutes.!!! I can’t say enough about this practice. Best place ever!! If you need foot care, there’s no better place to be then The Cutting Edge Foot and Ankle.

Avoid this place! I am sure they are helpful for some, but they have just recommended over and over for my husband to buy different expensive shoes. The charged him an extra 75 dollars for no reason at his last appointment, plus his copay. They told me it would be refunded if not used for insurance in a month. It has been a month and no refund. His appointment ws 1/31, the EOB posted 2/11 and still nothing. I had to call and now an accountant has to release the funds to be returned. Very scammy practices for payment. I am sure if I hadn't stayed on top of it we would never be refunded that money.

The staff have been and still are very courteous and professional, taking time to actually listen to me explaining my issue(s). This is something that is very rare in today's world.I gladly recommend this office to anyone who has foot issues! Had a follow up today and was in and out quickly, great service!
