I received a solicitation in the mail a few days ago with profanity on it from Cute and Comfy. In between my first and last name was "complete bitch." I was so shocked and appalled. The language is violent, hurtful and inexcusable. I hope others do not receive the same treatment from this horrible place.

Just wanted to send a huge thank you to the team at Cute & Comfy. Darcy and BK have been super helpul and showed exemplary customer service about an order that I placed online from way up here in Minnesota. I made an error on my shipping address initially and my order never made it to me the first time and was sent back to their store. However they helped to resend my item back to me with my correct address, but more importantly kept me in the loop the whole time and cared about me as a customer. They are what great customer service is all about :-)

This has been my favorite shoe store for years but they also carry comfortable casual clothes that I love. And now they have just moved to a bigger, better location and their new digs are a WOW!

The customer service is the excellent. This is my happy place to shop. Darci, Devri and Dana make the shopping experience so much fun. Whether you are shopping for shoes or clothing, they know all of there products and give you an honest opinion.I would recommend Cute and Comfy if you are looking for the most stylish clothing or shoes. The store has more variety than Nordstroms. All of the staff is kind, caring and no pressure to buy anything. I am from NYC and this is the best boutique to shop in Nashville

I have very hard feet to fit for shoes. I have a high arch, high instep, and wide as well. I have spent way too much money on shoes thinking I just needed quality shoes. What I needed was quality shoes that were offered in wide, which by the way most stores don't offer. The ladies made me feel valued, heard, and so very special. I felt comfortable, but the same time surrounded by a staff that knows their product and gives the best customer service. I walked away with two pairs of cute and comfy pairs of shoes and plan on going back for lots more. If I could give it 10 stars I would. If you have trouble feet like me, and want to wear shoes that are comfortable and stylish, look no further!!!

I would not recommend this local store to anyone due to the extreme RUDENESS of the owner/manger of this store. I came to this store looking for a specific type of shoe. I asked for the show and the owner/manager acted as if she could not comprehend what I was saying even though I asked for it using a general common term in clear English. She had the nerve to repeatedly look me up and down and turn up her nose at me as if I didn't deserve to be in their store. Then laughs at me on the way out of the store. This was my first time at this store and I definitely won't be back!!! I will pay more for shoes where my hard earned money is more appreciated somewhere else that has a better reputation!

Great shoe shop if you are in need of comfortable shoes. And the saleswomen are wonderful and no pressure. Lots of cute styles and classics. Did not buy anything on my first stop in because I'm slow to choose shoes but I'll be back. I was a bit younger than the other clients but my feet are terrible and the shoes here really were cute and extremely comfortable!

The staff are friendly and helpful, but the return policy combined with limited store hours and merchandise price point, is insane. Be aware: you have just 1 WEEK for exchanges only (no returns) according to the website. Then you have 60 days to use store credit.

You will not be disappointed when you shop at Cute & Comfy. The staff is the best anywhere. They have a wide variety of shoes and clothes even for those hard to fit. It is always a fun place to shop!

Fantastic store and selection with even better customer service! While visiting from out of town, I had a "foot emergency" and needed a new pair of Dansko's asap. Love this place, you wont be disappointed. Just wish I was a local to visit more frequently! Thank you for all your help and top notch customer service

The owners of this store have been thinking out of the box SUCCESSFULLY since covid has started. They are locally owned and totally support the community of Nashville. The employees are so helpful! The shoes and apparel are so hip and stylish. Thank you Cute and Comfy for making me look better than ever!
