I love living at Cumberland on Church. It's a nice facility with good amenities and a great location. I think what makes it stand out though, is the staff. We've had great experiences with our maintenance team, especially Eric. When we put in a request we usually get help within 15 minutes. I know if there's an issue, they'll know how to fix it and will help me right away.

Eric was my Tecnician at 555 Church St., Apt. 1000. I submitted an issue I was having with my plumbing and within an hour he had arrived and trouble shot the issue and quickly resolved it.

Two times I have had car trouble on the weekend and have had to get a rental, and attempts to contact any personel at Cumberland on church to update the system were in vain. I have been booted and told there is nothing they can do, and no supervisors or ownership will answer or contact me even though I am parking in the spot I paid for. They do offer 12 hour validation parking next door, but the camera miss reads liscense plates and you receive a ticket for $190s a couple weeks later. I would not move here again at the cost and lack of service they provide.

We lived here for more than 3.5 years. The maintenance team is fantastic - friendly, prompt, effective.
Our rent was raised each year, including in 2024 when rents were falling everywhere around us. The unit was no longer worth the price in the end.
But what was really frustrating was a debt collection notice I received yesterday, for a water bill the cumberland turned over to them 30 days after we moved out. We never received the bill from the Cumberland. When I called to see if the notice was even legitimate, they claimed my husband and I were both sent an automated email. Neither of us had it. And it was truly disappointing that after paying our rent on time for years, no one from the building gave us a courtesy call or email to confirm we'd even received the bill before sending to collections.

My son, who is a musician on Broadway, moved here almost a year ago and it is AWESOME! The building itself is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are wonderful. But it is the PEOPLE that put Cumberland on Church over the top. Audrey, Justin, and Traci, who run the entire operation, have been nothing but professional, kind, responsive, knowledgeable and just all around wonderful. Eric, Tony, and Kelly literally respond to maintenance requests within minutes and don't give up until the job is done. They go above the call of duty and handle things we really should pay to have done. Weekends, nights, whenever - they are there in a flash. I cannot recommend Cumberland on Church highly enough.

She's kind and hospitable, she's helpful and selfless.
She brings a certain vibrant feeling to the front desk. what would it be like without you coming in and out of the apartment and not seeing her?

Walls are paper thin. If your neighbor has a dog that barks at late hours then it is unlivable. Regret moving here.

I recently moved in and Justen was very helpful during the process! It was quick and easy and everyone in the building has been very kind to me and even gives my dog treats when we go for walks, that’s really awesome!
