The guy at the front desk was super nice he only has 1 one left when we called we told him we were on our way he told us we needed to get there asap before he was sold out we told him we were walking he held the room for us it was super nice and the room had heat and a great water

if i could give this place a 0, i honestly would. he had ZERO respect for truckers, which is ironic, since he’s right next to a Love’s. the manager, bald guy, rudest person i’ve ever come across. he acted like he was big boss, and didn’t give us a chance to speak nor even respond to anything he asked. which is kind of absurd. I can guarantee you he respects the cockroaches living free in his motel than he does the people who are looking to stay there. My advice, go somewhere where the people know how to give respect and actually is clean. This is simply a quick investment for him to profit from.

I just called and immediately got hung up on before i could even ask my question. The second time i called the guy who’s working right now at 12:45am answered and before i could even ask about a room he interrupted me abruptly and said no so i just hung up.

This motel rented me a room, the door wouldn't close. I offered to fix, needed a screwdriver to put 1 screw in...."no, all my tools got stolen" mind you, I know what the problem is with the door. The motel clerk's man is the so called maintenance man. But, she told me she knows the door is messed up, when I mentioned. Look, I don't like painting smut, but I was rented a room they knew was out of order. Someone is pocketing money. And I know they don't own this place because they are pwt. To ask for money back when I paid cash is utterly rediculous! They spent it on beer they were drinking in the back when I walked up. I didn't know the 2 manage the place?

The location was wonderful. Right in the heart of Nashville. But the rooms were filthy. We thought the shower didn't work, but we just needed to pull the knob REALLY hard. I couldn't get it so my husband had to do it. Every min and a half the water would go to scorching hot to ice cold, then back to where I had put it. There were gnats and roaches in the shower, as well as the rest of the room. There were no tows or soap provided. The bed made a terrible noise when you sat on it. The walls were layered with grime. So gross so so gross

I called to make reservations at 610 pm on. 6/16/22. The person that answered was not only incredibly rude but hung up on me. I wanted information on what it would cost for 7 days. Makes me glad I am not there, I can just imagine what the stay would be

If I could I would leave 0.. horrible area very unsafe. Roaches in the room fridge was dirty stains on bed sheets and cigarettes burns all over comforter. Smelt like mold and stale smoke. I asked the lady if they had anything that didn't smell and she said they all smoke even her in her room it was all they had. We had no choice but to stay for the night we have no where to go. The air is smashed and broken and the walls are splattered with whatever it is. The bathroom door doesn't close the door has a cut in it to go around toilet. And the seat is broken. Their are chips in the bathtub. Please don't ever bring your kids or family here. Spend the extra money and go somewhere safe this is not even worth 20 bucks a night .

Outdated bad area. All goes at this place. Owners are typically rude. They say you arent aloud visitors which blows my mind.They smell musty and have roaches wouldn't go there unless under a bridge was my only other option and even then i might choose under the bridge.
