I ask if they could set up caller ID they said yes paid 188 and then they couldn't so I wanted to cancel order because they couldn't and then they said they could only refund me 27 so I'm screwed out of 150 for walking in store and leaving with nothing very upset and will try to cancel payment at bank Monday morning

Bought a phone from here about 2 years ago and I had the battery replaced in it today. Found out that the “brand new iphone” they sold me was used and rebuilt. The phone was worked on previously and they never told me. My screen is now splitting and there is multiple screws missing in my device. Please NEVER go here!

Save yourself a life of problems and go with a real phone service provider, This company's service is terrible and they have no customer support over the phone it is all automated is horrible trying to get help when you need it. It's a subsidiary of ATNT so what can you expect
