well first of all I pulled up at 8:25 a.m. it says they open up at 8:30 a.m. there was a car already sitting here and then another car that pulled in 5 minutes later so the store was open 5 minutes late then when they open the store there's two employees here nobody really assisted me they just said hold on which that should not happen cuz I've worked customer service before the customer who has been waiting should be assisted as soon as possible I just only had one question then another customer comes in after me and they make her sit and wait keep in mind there's no other customers here and whether they open the store late or not they should be able to assist that customer not make the customer wait because they were late.
