I purchased a new Galaxy with case and screen protector here. I got home and my biometrics wouldn't work because of an issue with the screen protector. I brought it back and they replaced it with no issues and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!

I want to start by saying these people are very nice BUT be careful. When purchasing a new phone be sure to look at the keypad at every charge before paying . I must have looked over something and paid. 200+ then while setting my phone up she was like oh. I seemed to have charged you for a charger but just realized it came with one in the box. And I don't know how to undo it ,so what we can do is you keep it and we will throw in a phone case...my husband was like no. Give us a refund and she tried to say she didn't know how to do it. He said give us a refund and she figured it out quickly that was 29.99 . How can you work at a cellphone store and not know new phones come with a charger? You dont. She tried to get over . There cases are 40_50 dollars but same ones are 15 on Amazon. Just look at the key pad and check your receipt and don't let them get over. They must make commission off accessories and really push it but that not ok. Why did she even scan a charger in the first place without telling me? She tried to be quiet when she said it while my husband was chasing my son around and must have scanned it when I kept turning around to look at my son. Be careful. We will visit another cricket store from now on
