I liked cricket at first until my phone started messing up and when i go or call the store I'm told to call cricket customer service so i do and they act like I'm speaking some unknown language and won't help me with anything i need help with!! All they keep telling me is i will have to pay an arm and leg for a new phone when i don't need a new one i just need someone to help fix mine! I was charged $25 to get my number changed which was only supposed to cost me $15!! I'm to the point that I'm ready to leave cricket and find someone else! I will never refure anyone else to cricket!

Got my Cricket Service Today. should have done it a long time ago. That'll get my AT&T bill down $65. And yes I know Cricket is part of AT&T. My experience at Cricket today was nice. The cute girl, and the cute gentleman help me with everything I needed. Everything went well. Thanks cricket
