I recommend this store in a 100% the staff it’s super nice and if you need help they help you with all that you need !Martha is amazing and the best in the store , she’s so smart and give the best customer service. I think that I’m in love .The best cricket store ever !

Unprofessional, bad customer service. Came in with a broken unworkable phone and was given the option of getting a new phone if I agreed to get a second number for 96 days then I could have it canceled which I agreed. Was told my existing number which I explained I used for business and had to retain would be on the new phone along with the new number which I made clear I didn't need or plan to use but agreed to have for the 96 days then would cancel. Martha showed me her phone and demonstrated how she had two lines on it and how that would work. Had to return the following day because my business number hadn't been transferred from the broken unusable phone to the new phone I purchased. Corrected the mistake but was very defensive, rude, and unprofessional. Will not do business at his location again.

I would recommend this Cricket retailer to anyone who is in need of mobile phone service. The staff is super friendly & helped me out in more ways that I just can't put into words.
