Monte at Crest Honda was incredible to work with. He was very informative, kind, and trustworthy. He walked us through every question we had, was patient while we made decisions, and helped us with everything we needed. We appreciated being treated with such care and respect. We would highly recommend asking to work with Monte when shopping at Crest Honda!

Purchased a "certified" used vehicle from them and was assured that it was free of defects. We noticed that there was a crack spreading on the windshield from under a wiper blade that could not have logically been caused by something hitting the windshield on the road. It was likely missed during the inspection or happened when we brought it in for the first oil change. We were also sold on a comprehensive coverage plan and it was never mentioned that something like this would not be covered. I had to call back twice to reach someone. I had the misfortune of having to deal with a guy named "Matt". I believe he was a service department manager but not sure since he never entitled himself. He was immediately very dismissive of any argument I had that implicated that the stealership had any liability. He called me "ridiculous" and said "I know you're smarter than this". He was very emotional and baited me the entire conversation. I deeply regret doing business with this stealership.

We saw on their website a prius we were going to buy, before driving 45 min. We called that same morning if it was still available, the guy confirmed and we told him we will be on our way. Upon arriving it was already sold! Waste of time! We needed a car that day so we had to settle for an OLD ugly truck that supposedly had no issues but after buying it we went to 3 different mechanics who all confirmed the same issues that costed us also $2,000 in repairs (that's the cheapest quote). Horrible! On top of that, they gave us a temp tag but took MONTHS for us to get the real license plate, we had to call and visit them several times what the hold up was since their temp tag always expired quickly. Definitely no apology or care from them. We specifically came here due to the good reviews but of course all thanks to that ONE GUY who claimed the prius was still available same day, SAME HOUR we are stuck with a care we don't like, more in debt than we should have been, & had unnecessary stress & wasted gas getting our temps so cops don't have to deal with our expired license due to this dealership. Avoid!

Make sure you heavily review used vehicles they’ve most likely had an accident

I got a Honda civic there in 2020 (it was a 2019 Honda in sonic grey pearl)
The paint started peeling of the side mirrors and door handles in 2024 (so less than 5 years old) and they were not able/willing to help me with a resolution, passing me of to other people and not following up at all.
I won’t be purchasing from Honda ever again. The car is a lemon.

Bought a used Hybrid Camry from Crest back in June and the entire buying process was difficult.
* I will never buy from Crest Honda again. *
Leo and Mike helped us finalize the sale and communicated expectations ineffectively. It took six separate phone calls and over a month to finally have someone from their office send us a copy of all the paperwork which they said they would do the next day (due to a cyberattack, their servers were down on 6-19).
Additionally, we were never sent any paperwork or information regarding two add-ons that our vehicle came with that couldn't be negotiated off.
It's not worth your time or money to buy from Crest.

Awesome car buying experience. Matt McCain and the team at crest went above and beyond. Scott was a pleasure to work with as well. Don't buy a car until you check out crest honda first

I purchased a vehicle May 9th, 2024. The vehicle was wrecked June 20th, 2024. I made my first payment to the lien holder June 22, 2024. It was marked as a total loss July 3rd, 2024. After getting all the stuff situated, I thought everything was in order. Few weeks went by.. and I got a text saying I still owe payment. ( none of that is dealerships fault. They’re not requesting payments- the lien holder is ).
I called about the title and found out.. the title still hasn’t been sent over.
I called the dealership and spoke with the title lady. She stated the title had been lost in the mail while being sent to them from South Carolina. I work in the automotive sales industry. So I can understand that type of thing happens some times. But not often. They stated they would call me as soon as anything is heard about it. No calls. I called the GM 8/10 and he stated I would have to call back on Monday because his title and accounting is not there. Understood. Now it’s Monday 8/12, and I have called for the GM— no answer, had them Page the GM for me— no answer, got transferred to title people— no answer, called back and requested the GSM( who was at his desk according to salesperson ) — no answer.
I’ve been told someone will call me or that someone will be reaching out to me a few times. And nothing has happened.
I never received the tag or registration for the truck. Nothing. It has currently been 94 days since I purchased the vehicle. I am about to pay the third payment on this vehicle ( again— not the dealership asking for payment ) that I haven’t had in almost two months.
The lien holder will not list it as a total loss until the insurance company sends them the funds, and they won’t do that till the title is given to them. And gap will not go through until the check for the lien holder is written by the insurance company.
The whole thing is a cluster. And my patience is running thin.
To add to this. I also found out the dealership cancelled my GAP and Service Contract on May 9th, 2024. WHICH IS THE DAY I PURCHASED IT. I spoke with JM&A and was able to get my GAP re-instated.

Just go to Music City Honda in Mount Juliet! Crest Honda Nashville has just destroyed my relationship with them. I was ready to write a 5 star review at the end of my lease until I was contacted by a very rude and unprofessional salesmen named Ray via their text line. He was saying need used cars like mine pushing to buy me out of my car for their own benefit. I found this distasteful he was contacting me after I already communicated the rout with I was planning to take with my vehicle. I called to speak to the sales manager Gary who is no longer there (shocker more turn over). I ironically ended up getting Ray on the phone and explained his text pressuring me to come in that day for an appointment came across very thirsty and did not value me as a customer. I explained I would be taking my business elsewhere due to his behavior. I went to further explain after he made a comment and he hung up on me blocking my calls further. This branch has treated me poorly at the maturity of my lease being very suspicious with their practices and putting me with sales members who had low quotas and needed a push along with shady transparency. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because Kevin Owens and the service team have been great through out the years.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with sales rep. Scott and his finance manager over the past week or so. We are doing. An out of state purchase. It’s been so easy and smooth to work with the this team. The car is being delivered to my front door as well and I live 600+ miles away. It’s been overall a great experience and I’d recommend this dealership to friends and family any day! Thank you once again - Thomas & Ana

They sold us a used car with an air conditioner that broke within the first month. When we tried to reach out for assistance, they ignored our communications for weeks. It's disappointing to see how responsive they were when they wanted our business, but how unresponsive they are when it comes to customer support. This is a poor way to conduct business.
(7/24/24 Last week, I reached out to our salesperson, who informed me that he had checked with both managers regarding this situation. He came back saying they couldn’t help me at all. Now, after posting a review on Google, I’m receiving an offer of assistance. Is this response just for others to see, or are you genuinely offering help now?)
(7/30/24 I contacted the dealership and was put on hold while they tried to reach management. Unfortunately, I was informed that no one was available. I left my contact information, but it has been a week and I still haven't received a callback. Based on this experience, I would advise exercising caution when considering doing business with them.)
