“I am a member of Enbright Credit union .the Donalson branch , for 5 almost 6 years .When you build a relationship with a financial institution you think it's just a little small thing a place to get your check cashed pay your bills finance a car or a house but what you don't realize is that you're building a relationship with someone that is directly involved with everything in your life little did I know when I walked in the doors 5 years ago that my relationship would be so important I thought it was just business it's so much more I consider the staff at Donaldson so much more .Through family tragedy, home displacements , loss of property personal injury the list is so long I cannot name everything what I can say is that at every turn at every dilemma Melissa the bank manager and all of the staff at this branch , stepped up and became part of a solution when I thought I was so alone facing unimaginable situations.I was not alone. “We live in WNC and were coming to Vanderbilt Med Center for surgery, arriving on Sunday. Friday evening after hours the hospital called and wanted an extremely large down payment by 8:30 on Monday or my surgery would be cancelled. Vanderbilt Credit Union is a shared branch of our normal credit union so we arrived there when they opened. The teller (1st window) listened to our story, knew she couldn’t help us but apologized and got what turned out to be our angel on earth. Mr. Mike McDonald, President and CEO appeared and took us to his office. He patiently listened and offered easy solutions for us, discussed with another employee and then offered to discuss with the hospital when they called us back. We waited in their conference room until the call came in and Mike was right there to take over. He offered the options to the hospital and told them our personal check would be good unless they wanted money wired. They agreed on a check and at that point Mike walked us through the maze of the hospital to the exact person we were told to deal with. It’s rare in the business world, to run across such an amazing, caring, compassionate human being but Mike is all of those things and more. I could never recommend this credit union enough, they truly care about their members, even “shared” members and the level they go to making sure you are satisfied in unmatched. Thank you again for everything, we are eternally grateful”

“I have been a member of the U S Community Credit Union for approximately 12 years now. I am very pleased with the way they handle my accounts. I'm well pleased with the friendly staff. As I have been notified that they are going to up grade their way of way of handling the online services and make it a lot easier to make financial transactions. I'm glad to hear that. It's going to make it easier for most of the members. As for myself I am very happy with the way everything is setup now. I always look forward to calling in and making money transfers from my savings to my checking account. Plus I like receiving a monthly statement through the mail every month. I hope that after the new changes are made those two issues remain in place. Hopefully I will still be able to call and make money transfers and expect to receive a monthly account statement through the mail as I have been doing for the past 12 years. It's important to me to be able to continue as I have been since I became a US Community Credit Union member.”
