The nicest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I had all my scripts transferred here. You don’t need a Costco card to use their pharmacy.

I called 50 pharmacies trying to find a medication I was about to run out of. No one had it in stock, and no one was helpful until I called Costco. The young lady who took my call went out of her way to help me and found a way to guarantee my medicine would be in stock the next day. She went above board to help me, and she called me with updates to ease my mind, and as soon as my medicine arrived at their pharmacy, she called me to reassure me they had my medication. If I lived closer to this Costco, it would be my new pharmacy. Thank you, Costco, for going above and beyond to help one person in need.

The pharmacists at this location have been incredibly helpful and kind with each interaction. The same cannot be said about the cashier with curly hair — she is rude and abrasive. Extremely ineffective.

I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to have 2 prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. Everything the other reviewers have said is true. First and foremost, please fire the unprofessional and incredible rude woman at the desk. Truly, she should not deal with the public. She complains the entire time she’s dealing with the public and I listened to her complain to the rest of the staff. I bet the entire operation would run more smoothly if she were replaced. They are certainly other things to share but please save yourself the headache. Even if they are cheaper, it’s not worth it.

The older woman with the New York accent that works the pharmacy register exhibits behavior that would result in termination at the vast majority of jobs, even those in retail. If people are not standing in the "right spot" waiting in line, obviously unintentionally, she raises her voice at them and tells them to stand back by the sign that merely says to please allow room for customer privacy it does not say STAND HERE and is relatively far away from the register such that an well-intentioned customer might stand at least 6 inches closer to the register, which will activate the woman's aggressive criticisms. Today, her interaction with the customer in front of me was quite lengthy as she exchanged hugs and casual conversation with the customer instead of expeditiously completing the transaction. I waited silently and patiently, and in the right location as I have seen too many people get yelled at at this place already. My turn comes up, I provide my date of birth for prescription pickup. She looks in the computer for a long time. Requires me to say my date of birth again. Looks for more time and eventually finds it, goes to grab the medicine, and then comes back and asks for my date of birth a third time. She then asks for my Costco card, which I provided within 4 seconds. During the 4 seconds spent retrieving my Costco card, she said WOW ALL OF THIS WOULD BE SO MUCH FREAKING BETTER IF EVERYONE JUST HAD THEIR COSTCO CARDS READY!!!This is a woman who is helping people who may have disabilities and mental illnesses. I could only imagine the legal liabilities her behavior could bring with the way she speaks to marginalized and disadvantaged populations. How is it acceptable for her to engage in casual conversation and hugging, thereby extending the length of transactions and yet, harass customers for taking 4 seconds to get a card out of there wallet after having to tell her your birthdate 3 times. She either needs to yell at herself even more than she does customers, get a different job that values verbal harassment, or literally just calm down. And she is like this EVERY SINGLE TIME I see her.I will now be reporting, in detail, every single one of my observances of her rude behavior through every single medium available at Costco until corrective action is taken. I will also be providing her, at the end of every transaction I have with her, evidence of how long I took to complete each of my steps in the transactions vs how long she took to complete each of her steps in the transaction.

Costco Pharmacys are not only bad they are dreadful. I've filled many prescriptions at the Brentwood Tennessee store and it's as if you are bothering them if you even ask a question. After a while I switched to a grocery store pharmacy. Just a few days ago i asked about a flu shot at another costco and wow....once again it was as if you were bothering them just by asking...... I just don't see how the pharmacy can be so bad at Costco which otherwise has great employees with great attitudes. They must be run by another company. I wont ever be back

Simply the best pharmacy I've ever used. The employees, technicians, and especially the pharmacists are absolutely TOP TIER. The West Nashville Costco Pharmacy team always makes me feel welcomed and truly cared for when I am visiting. A++

TL;DR this pharmacy it se to be great but they are very bad now.This pharmacy used to be great. I stopped going when I started getting alerts my meds were ready and it wasn't true. I'd get there and had to wait an hour for them yo fill the meds. I have family who still does thouvh and they are trying to find pharmacies that dwo do what they promise to. I havent gone here for a bit but I was thinking about it the other day and wanted to warn people. They also told me they had me medication a few times and when I drove across town to get it they said it wasnt in stock and wouldn't be for days. Medication is super important for me to safely live I feel like this is super unethical.
